The food is quick and delicious. The BBQ was fantastic, and we ordered one of everything.

I've ordered from this location several times, sometimes on the app and others by just walking in. The staff is always very friendly. I never wait long for my food. The orders are correct and the food is great. Dickey's often offers great coupons, too. It's a very filling meal and the family meals are great for get togethers.

Pork was extremely dry and hard. Brisket average. Fries were undercooked. Spicy BBQ and rolls were great.

We visited at noon and were the only customers the entire time we were there (we dined in). This was the first clue that we choose poorly.I am giving one star only because staff were so welcoming and friendly. First of all, the fryer and ice cream machine are broken. My husband likes the fries and onion rings with his bbq so he was disappointed. The brisket and pulled pork were very fatty and the sides were barely warm. Portions were decent size but not much edible meat so we didn’t bother with boxing up leftovers. The meal was pricey too, almost $40 for lunch with sodas. We ate at this location on Power Rd, Mesa two years ago and it was top notch then. It has really gone downhill. I do not recommend and will not be back.

We ordered a brisket sandwich and wanted to upgrade the side of brisket chili beer cheese fries for $3 like the sign I was staring at said I could do. Apparently they "stopped doing that a few days ago" so I had to order the $10 full order. While making my order I hear employees gossip about other employees and I also hear them say they're out of beer cheese. Instead of saying anything they just put some cold jalapeno tasting cheese in a container on the side. The brisket sandwich wasn't copped and was dry and cold. The $20 half rack of ribs was also cold and dry. The $7 side of macaroni and cheese was at least luke warm. $55 worth of food. Disappointed is an understatement.

NOTE: you can't give less than 1 star.NEVER AGAINI first visited this Dickies shortly after it opened and thought it wasn’t bad but it was not a good enough value to return. On 1-13-23 I returned as I was given a gift cert from my nephew for x mas & his $10 thank you for getting the GC.The guy behind the counter was very pushy for me to order and acted like he didn’t really care if I was there or not.Someone should offer the poor girl working there a job so she can get out of there. They wouldn’t accept the $10 cert and told me I’d have to call corporate instead of just overriding it.This is probably because he would had have to eat the $10.We ordered the Pork out platter for $23 & the Brisket plate for $20 & 2 drinks for $3.25ea. (Drinks were higher than ANYWHERE else I’ve ever been).ALL the meat was barley warm (telling me it had been reheated). The 2 ribs we got were just bones. Seriously. (There is more meat on a bone I give my dog then there was on these). The portions on both meals were ridiculously small for the price. The sides although good & hot were also a very small portion.Usually when you go to a BBQ est. you get good portions of food.Needless to say, we left still hungry.Lastly, we tried to get an ice cream cone and got a cone full of liquid. YUK!All in all this experience was a joke and a RIP OFF. I’m sorry my nephew wasted his money. From my experience & other reviews I have read, this franchise needs to be shut down as that’s probably the only thing that will get the owners attention. If you feel the same, I encourage you to contact Dickies corporate and let them know how you feel.I know I will.

Dickeys bbq pit is delicious. A lot of people get take out. I usually get the pulled pork sandwich. Sometimes it is juicy other times it is a bit dry. The sauces usually wetten it a little. I prefer when it is moist and juicy even before the addition of the bbq sauce. There were a few people in the store before me. I might have to time it better to go when there is less of a demand. I think I saw two people taking bags for take out like they were hosting a party. You can self serve the sauces at the front if you don't go through the drive through. They have a drive through available. There is a dining area there as well but no outside seating. I know done people like outside seating. My friend thought the pulled pork tasted salty. I didn't think the same. I like the buns buttered. I could taste the butter.

Dickey's tends to overcook their briskets leaving it dry and diminishing thr flavorl. Their sandwiches are OK and the side are good, but I;d pick Famous Dave obit Dickey's

Duuuuude.....go..stuff your face... be one with the bbq...though they do need to work on their customer service. No one seemed enthusiastic to be there and help out.

because they don't honor their specials they are dishonest they lie just to get people in the door

Whatever you do, do NOT order ahead for pickup. Since there is no accountability to get to your order, vs drive through where it is timed, you will waste the better part of an evening just waiting for them to get to you. I did not rate the food as I'm still waiting for it. I will update this review to include the food once we've given it a try.Update... missing multiple items and the food was clearly very old. Insult to injury. For comparison. The same 5 people ate a fantastic meal at Texas Roadhouse last night. This was the exact same price.Do NOT eat at this establishment. For the exact same time and money go to a real BBQ or Steakhouse.

Brisket burnt ends weren't burnt. They were tender with decent flavor but they were not burnt ends. Basically it was a plate of chopped brisket. Place is pricey for what you get.

I eat here often, as they have great online specials. Today, they had a pulled pork sandwich combo special which sounded good for a change (I normally get the turkey, which is always delicious). The pork was so dark and overcooked and dry )it was darker than the brisket) and very salty, I couldn't finish it. Good thing I had a side and some dessert. Never ordering the pork again.

We had a terrible experience Friday night here. The food was not great. Really that's the bottom line and why anyone goes to a restaurant. One of the sides was really terrible and I asked if I could get something else. The cream spinach was yellow and tasted like sharp cheddar so I got Potato salad and I'm glad they switched it for me because that was the one thing that was good. I got burnt ends and two fo them were good out of my entire plate. The soda machine was flat and when we asked them to switch the CO2 they informed us that it was fine. The ice cream machine was out of ice cream. The restaurant was clean. One of the girls working there was very helpful and friendly. I'm trying to find positives but it's a struggle. I remember eating here pre pandemic and liking it.

This wasn't my first time and in the past I enjoyed this place. Maybe I ordered the burnt ends was a mistake but I also didn't enjoy the soda which was flat both diet and regular and the ice cream machine was broken.
