This was my first time trying this place. I have been trying to find other good dim sum places around the area. I got shumai to go and I couldn’t eat it because it tasted expired or spoiled. The service was good but the food was not good. I took one bite and I had to spit it out because it didn’t taste right. I wouldn’t recommend

We were hoping for some fresh, homemade dim sum, but it all seemed pretty meh and out of a box.

The food was overly salty and definitely not among the better dim sum I’ve had. Service was poor. The waiter seemed rushed to clear our plates before we were finished, and the restaurant itself felt quite empty. When putting dishes away, the staff were rather brusque and inattentive, which made the experience even less enjoyable.

My partner and I have been coming here for years despite the drive for us. The food is always flavorful and fresh, the Shanghai soup dumplings and orange chicken are a must. The service is great and there's always someone when you need something.

Food was very good. Interesting menu. I would go back here any time for Chinese snacks! Specialty buns are cute.

So, let me start out by saying my wife and I came here in 2019 and it was some of the best dim sum I've ever had. The pork/shrimp shumai was a 10 out of 10 along with the soup dumplings. I ordered like 4 rounds that the chef came out and greeted our table. An elderly woman who was very sweet and hard working. I told her how much I loved her shumai. My wife and I have been thinking about this place ever since. We finally came to Phoenix again and knew we had to stop by again for hopefully the same experience. Man how time has changed things. Our hotel was 40 miles away, but we still made the drive. We once again ordered the pork/shrimp shumai, shrimp har gow, bbq pork buns, and soup dumplings. Everything was underwhelming and not very good like before. The pork/shrimp shumai didn't even seem to be made with pork or shrimp, but with ground beef instead. It was extremely greasy when I cut into it. It had little bits of mushroom in it before also. This time it just appeared to be all ground beef. The shrimp har gow was made with those cheap little baby shrimp. Before there was large shrimp that was used. The soup dumplings had hardly any broth in them this time and they appeared to be frozen and not fresh like before. The bbq buns were also very dry. I didn't see the elderly woman this time in the kitchen. It just appeared to be a bunch of younger kids preparing the food. Maybe something happened and she passed or maybe they switched owners, but the food is completely different and not what it used to be. Sadly my wife and I won't be returning. At least we have the memory of how good the food was the first time.

Decent and well rounded. Cute little cozy spot, fresh hot food, good prices! I had never tried Dim Sum before this so I didn’t know what to expect! It was yummy
The food was hot and delicious! We ordered a variety of dishes and shared them so we could try lots!
Phenomenal local spot. Family owned and operated. If you want to support a great small business and get a delicious meal at the same time this is the place for you. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s still my go to place for their soup dumplings which are fantastic!
