Came across this gem two years ago, searching for a local biz open late! I love 90 miles away and make a point to come through every single time I’m in the mesa area. the wings are unrivaled, no question. The Mac is wholesome cheesy and delicious, and the collard greens are to DIE for. I swear man, SO well seasoned. Food for the soul, no question. All the staff and owner are nothing short of accommodating and personable, they make you feel at home. Funny as hell too. Trust me, don’t just think about it, GO HERE. support locally, you’ll be happy you did. See you guys next time!

Catfish and Collard greens, best I've had since I was a kid in Texas.
Edit - Last couple of times I've been here or ordered, the collard greens were too salty, couldn't even really taste the greens. Service was pretty cold last time I went in as well, kinda keeps me from ordering or visiting when a business makes you feel unwelcome, almost as if you're bothering them.

Why are there apples in the peach cobbler?? It tastes like apple pie! Whyyy? Who does that?? I almost bought 2. Glad I didn't. I was so disappointed. And our mac n cheese tasted old. We took 2 bites. No good. The fish was fresh and good. The lemon pepper wings.... didn't hit the spot. The chicken was fresh but idk it just tasted like good fried chicken not lemon pepper wings. I had high hopes for this place.

This restaurant gives me faith in the future of culinary arts in America. Night crew was funny as hell, chefs a mean wing, and understands mac and cheese as a dish. Easy 11/10 that buffalo was diabolically good. There will be a return when my Fiancee inevitably wants wings at 2 am.

I’m a little disappointed for sure, ranch was not home made, mac and cheese was a little dry, but the wings are crispy and flavorful. Just make your own ranch at home for a more enjoyable experience.
