This store has gone so downhill. I just ordered a pizza and a 2-liter coke. Took almost an hour to arrive, cold, and with no drink. Called the store, out of cokes. But NO call and just sent the driver without it. Um excuse me, but I paid for that. Still waiting. And waiting. Aannnd waiting…

This medium pizza cost $14 The crust is flat and lifeless. The slice with only two pieces of pepperoni also had literally no cheese. It's like Domino's is given up. Like I don't deserve better than this for my money. You guys are lucky I can't add the picture here.

No one greeted me when I walked in. The young gal that was running the registers seemed super irritated that she had to do her job. I use a food stamps card. EVERYWHERE I go, including another domino's, does not add the tax when I pay. This one charged incorrectly and added the tax even though I showed her on my phone that it was incorrect. Will not be dining here again.

We were lucky that when speaking the person who helped me spoke Spanish ❤️ super cute and the person who delivered to my home was also very friendly, he does speak English but the delivery was super fast

Pizza was good here. Not anymore. It went down hill about a month ago and every pizza and rolls went downhill. Their app sucks though and even showing coupon clearly establishing upgrade, Dominos response both times:it doesn't show on their end, so, oh well. This is the second issue with app so far. The other just dropped an item and didn't charge. This time I lose out on upgrade, which I ordered extra to get
Curbside delivery is a joke. We checked in and waited for 12 minutes before we went inside to get our pizza. It was warmish. The last few times we’ve had curbside delivery we had to wait. If you order delivery they might drop it off at the wrong house and you get to wait for about an hour for another order after arguing with them.

I placed an online order. After an hour, I called to check on the status. I was put on hold (by someone who didn’t even ask if I could hold). I waited about 6 minutes then was hung up on. Tried again a couple minutes later. Same thing. Called a third time. On hold 10 minutes then hung up on. Then TWO hours after I ordered, I get a text saying my driver is on the way. The food arrived more than TWO hours after I ordered. It’s cold and soggy. Does not taste good. Who would want to eat food that sat out that long? I want my money back. Terrible customer service. I’d like to know who owns this location.
