I wouldn't think this was enough cheese on a normal pizza. But to pay for a (premium topping) and still be able to see the sauce? Something is not right here.

I am extremely unhappy with how my pizza turned out and the service from the team member that I spoke with on the phone. My pizza was literally burnt BLACK on the edges and the cheese on top was overcooked (black), so I called the store asking for a remake and offered to bring the pizza back. The woman on the phone told me that they’ve been cooking their pizzas “well done” because of complaints about it being doughy. I told her I will come back for a remake still, and she said if I want it doughy, then she will make a new one and that there’s no in between. I changed my mind about a remake and simply won’t go here again. I don’t appreciate her comment nor lack of apology as I did not ask for a doughy pizza or an attitude; I expected a pizza that was golden brown. A doughy/overcooked pizza is not a customer issue as we aren’t the ones making it. Y’all make pizzas all day and thought this was acceptable to box up for a paying customer. If you don’t like your job, just say that.

Ordered the $20 family meal deal and was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the food. The parmesean bites are out of this world!
I ordered today for dinner and the young short girl made my food to perfection. She talked to me and asked me how my day is going. She served me with a smile even though she was busy. She has amazing customer service and she made sure that my food was correct before walking out the door.

I have ordered 2x since moving to the neighborhood. Both times have been disastrous service and food. After taking more than 1.5 hours for the update on the tracker to go past food inspected to our for delivery, my tots were burned, my pizza was wrong and my lava cakes had only 2 in the box. I spoke with the store and contacted dominoes to tell them. Nothing was ever made right. Never have eaten dominoes since.

Been going to this location for sometime, with in last 6 months service has gone down so badly. My order is always wrong or under cooked, and that’s even if they answer the phone to take the order. The short manager girl who works nights is a poor excuse for a manager. She has poor customer service skills and always has an excuse for every thing. She did not answer the phone cause she’s to busy, yet I pull in Peking lot while on hold and she’s inside playing around talking to another employee, the. I go in and she’s playing on her cell phone always. But she’s busy working but on the cell phone always. Then tonight I place another order over the phone for the same thing I get every time and she instead of making me a thin crust made me a hand toss pizza. Then every time I check out pizza is $10 and some change. Today order wrong again and she try’s to tell me I’ll have to wait for her to fix. Yet I place order over the phone so I don’t have to wait inside the store for my food as I have busy life and business to run. I have contacted corporate asking for owner or main manger to contact me regarding this rude manager yet no one ever calls or address the concern. It’s very sad how the company want to charge high prices yet the service sucks then when you complain you are in the wrong. So I asked her name tonight and she told me if I don’t like it don’t come back she don’t need my business. Yet not sure how her making my order wrong is my problem she dropped the ball and made wrong order not me. I would not refer anyone I know to this location. Never seen a manager so rude and full over her self any where before. Also you should not tell your customer you have and employee who does not want to work and one who is not all there in the head was her exact words, when I said excuse me she said he has autism. This is some thing you should not share with a customer and if your employees are not doing a job then that’s your fault you pay people to do nothing. It for sure is not the customers problem, if you can’t staff the location to run it properly then close the doors or Lear better customer service skills it’s simply. This is a very serious problem and has been for sometime at this location it’s sad looking at all these poor reviews and nothing being done about it.

Great location great people they actually use gloves some of these locations say they're not required to so they don't but guess what this location uses Gloves. Tip them for that pick up or delivery even if it's a dollar!!!!

Very good! This is our go to location and the inside is very clean and the staff is always super friendly. I love the app where you can track the pizza as well. We’ve ordered from your multiple times and they’ve never got our order wrong or had any issues and the pizzas always delicious. Thank you guys so much we will definitely be back next time.Vegetarian options: Tons of veggies for a fully loaded pizza my fav is mushroom, peppers and olives
