Is it just me or has online order and the app been down for 3 weekends now? I drove past last weekend and they were closing down the store at 9pm. Seems like they don’t want to work. I just want my weekend pizza after a long week, but I have to go somewhere else. Plus when you call, you’re put on hold forever. Fix it please. Says unexpected error has occurred when you trying to do digital order.

Find another location. They have a dozen or so people working there. And apparently with little to no training. I ordered online for my sister a medium pizza and some ranch dipping sauce with a 715 pickup. Got there at 716. They couldn't find the order. Finally after going through a bunch of scattered papers they found the order. It was still in the oven. If this had been the end, I wouldn't have even written this review. But when I got the pizza home. They gave us the wrong pizza. And forgot the ranch. So my sister called them and explained the situation. The restaurant apologized, offered to remake the pizza at no charge and even upgraded it to a large. They said about 10 - 15 minutes. my sister went over there about 10 minutes later and guess what? The order was NOT done, They made it again then but forgot to upgrade it. And they forgot the ranch. Again. What should have been a simple dinner became a ridiculous fiasco. So do yourself a favor. Find another Domino's. Your sanity will thank you.
