I went into this dominos on s dobson on 11/23/25 I ordered instore but online and sat there and waited for my order I ordered 4 things a pepperoni pizza a replica of a bbq chicken pizza from the medium 6.99 options so bbq sauce chicken and onions as toppings. I get home and my pizza is chicken a bacon. This pizza is my pizza the others were for my guest. I called and spoke to the so called store manager Edgar who shouldn’t be a manager let alone in the food retail customer service industry. The customer service in this country is already going to crap. I told him what happened he asked how he could make it right credit me or make another for me to come pick up. It’s raining like crazy and my friend had to drive me I said no please remake it and have it delivered it was my dinner. He said I can’t do that why can’t you come get it. I said why should I have to drive no mater short or long distance and waste my gas and drive in bad weather I already drove in so you can make it right. His answer I can’t send a driver there’s not a way to do that in the system! Why is now people in the retail/ retail food industry can’t function in life without buttons telling them what to do? I said you need a button so the cars drive! Why can’t you run it through like a cary out and send the driver. Oh I cat do that there’s no way to set that up. Ummm yes send the driver after you make the pizza take my address and send them ya they aren’t getting a tip but they work for the same company that messed up and they as well get paid by the hour so it’s not like they aren’t getting their hourly. This is crazy and then he was like why can’t you drive. I said what if I was allergic to it and I ended up in the hospital from your mistake his answer well the you wouldn’t want another pizza. At that point my brain exploded and I hung up I will be calling corporate tomorrow companies need to start the thinking about who they are putting as managers because they are hiring and promoting people that are hurting their businesses just to save a few bucks and pay them less!!!!!!

I got there early so I had to wait a minute. As I sat there a driver came in with his delivery bag. He put the bag down. Put on an apron, then went right to the cut station. NEVER WASHED HIS HANDS.. I asked to speak to the manager but they never came up to talk to me. That is why I’m giving them all one stars. I will never go back to this location!!!

Unfortunately,I had to pick up my order because I had cash. I only had hundreds and when I arrived I tried to purchase the pizza I was quickly mention of how they don't take no hundred dollars bill rudely and no advice of how to get changed or other form of payment.I was Inconvenience to go down the street to break a hundred dollar bill and come to pay for the order. The young lady who took my order was very nice and she is the only reason this domino's location has any stars from me. I understand I didn't have the right cash tender amount but there is a better way of talking to customers and my food was cold by the time I got home because of the delay. Do better guys.

LAST TIME THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER I WAS TOLD I WAS GONNA GET A DISCOUNT ON MY NEXT ORDER.. GUESS WHAT PIZZA MAKER DID FORGET TO PUT NOTES IN MY FILE.. SO THANK YOU DOMINO'S GUESS WILL BE THINKING 4 TIMES BEFORE THINKING OF YOU WHEN I HUNGRY.
AND I DO TIP YOUR DRIVERS WERY WELL, he was nice and is not at fault maybe.

This place is hit or miss…When I order pizza and wings and then 5-10 minutes later “The driver is on the way”…Seems a little odd if my food is freshly made..IDK...I thought Little Caeser’s was home of “the hot and ready”…Ordered several times from work and every time the same super fast delivery..Am I nitpicking for questioning this? EVERYTIME it’s just O.K…ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS AT THIS LOCATION?….

Watch out this location is disgusting... not only did I have like 3 stickers in my pizza but also a bug and when I said something they acted like it was my fault.... the manger Celia there is very very rude!.. stay away from this location

I love this location and the staff. They've never messed up my order and it's always fresh. Staff works hard and does a great job. Been coming to this location for years even when I used to live closer to another location, because they always come through with great pizza.
Learn how to cook a pizza the correct amount of time if you can see what looks like water in the middle you messed up, did all the people who knew how to make a pizza leave or something?

WATCH OUT FOR STICKERS IN YOUR FOOD!!Would have loved to resolve this with a free cheesy bread.. but they refused to honor it when I requested it. So now I have to request my money back directly from the GM. Was told to come back the next morning. Further inconveniencing me for something that should have just not been cooked with plastic in it in the first place. I’ll be by for my refund when it’s convenient to me.
