I had the best customer service from the staff very professional and polite from this location (2119 Power rd Mesa. Arizona). The manager and her assistant and the night crew working on 2/4/23 I highly recommend this location. Thank you!
Ordered pizza at 10:38, quoted 14 -24 minutes for delivery, at 11:03 pizza left out for delivery at 11:48 pizza showed up for delivery. 3 phone calls to the store, nothing done. Very rude staff. Was told sorry we are busy with one driver! Pizza arrived not even warm! Called corporate filed a complaint, NOTHING as of yet! I am not sure what happened to customer service but they don't have it!
With all the choices out thier, I hadn't ordered from them in awhile. Let me tell you i sure won't be ordering again. Can't even take an order right and its been over an hour, still no pizza delivery. Sad thing is they didn't act like they cared.
