For anybody who lives around the area of University and and Power in East Mesa can find a wonderful selection of social activities.
Dreamland Villa a 55 plus retirement Community, where at least one resident must be at least 55 years old, offer so many activities such as an art, ceramics, lapidary, computer classes, quilting club, wood carving, as well as various Social clubs that meet in two different facilities every day
Membership rates are really inexpensive and if your life is not very exciting right now come and investigate how that can change in a moment!
Nothing fancy, but nicely set up with entertaining options.
I love this place.The neighbors are outstanding, very nice and friendly, very quiet community.
I helped serve breakfast at the pancake feed last Saturday. There was much more to offer than just pancakes, not the least of which were the volunteers that made everyone feel welcome and have a good time. If you're over 55 and like a place with a variety of activities in a true community atmosphere, then this is your place.
The big cool-water pool with water spraying was sooo refreshing and nice to relax in watching the beautiful Arizona sunset with a community friend .!
Not sure what they're there for. They have no idea what goes on in the community apparently
Dreamland Villas - will not do 'Wellness checks' in a city of seniors! This is a business driven neighborhood, not a neighborhood of family like we were led to believe.. Maybe you should add a, wellness committee, what seniors could really use, to your amenities.. shame on you
I want to say thank you so much for allowing us to utilize your facility for my daughter's baby shower. We had more than enough space and everyone enjoyed themselves. Thanks again.

Members only 55+ recreational facilities and craft and club rooms. Three pools, two spas, pickle ball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, bocce ball.
A lot of great activities
Had I known in 2016 what I know about Dreamland Villa I would NOT have bought a house there.
No HOA. Did I mention NO HOA -- an AZ rarity today! Quiet, clean, older over 55 neighborhood convenient to several grocery stores where one is within walking distance. Wish there were walking distance a variety of restaurants and fast food. However, couple do deliver such as Chinese and Pizza.
