No HOA. Did I mention NO HOA -- an AZ rarity today! Quiet, clean, older over 55 neighborhood convenient to several grocery stores where one is within walking distance. Wish there were walking distance a variety of restaurants and fast food. However, couple do deliver such as Chinese and Pizza.
DREAMLAND Villa is an awesome place to live! Wonderful neighbors n be sure to check out Reads Hall n see what all activities they have! Oh, n the Pool n Hot Tub too! Friendly group of people who just want to have fun, break bread with friends n go out on the town or stay home n play cards or have game night! Check it out! They'll even help you with your computer! Now that is a feat in itself! ?
