It’s gross that the first thing you see when you pull up, is seeing the same people getting high on cigarettes. when you walk in their tables aren’t wiped trashes are overfilled nothing is ever stocked theyre donuts selection sucks!!!!and don’t get me started with my drink how hard is it to put caramel drizzle when I payed for it!!!!not sure why people still come here.

I stopped coming to this location for over a year because the quality had diminished, but i decided to give it one more chance and was very disappointed. The manager Christopher had a bad attitude when taking my order. He sounded like i was ruining his entire day by asking a question and adding items to my order. The food and coffee are just okay.

I keep ordering through the app with specific details on how I want my food and drinks, and they get ignored, they are written down on the stickers the put on the cups but the drink doesn't look as it should and when I ask to remake it I get it remade wrong again, I'm a usual here and they know me by my first name but seeing how this is becoming a pattern lately I guess I'll just cut tuen with this dunkin store

I asked specifically how I wanted the drink made and they put it on the sticker but they didn’t do what I asked. I asked for whipped cream and caramel and they didn’t have it on the drink even though it was on the sticker.

Every time I come to this Dunkin their bagels are always hard as a rock or the food is always burnt or soggy.My brown sugar shaken espresso always taste different!!! Nothing’s ever accurate and don’t even try to talk to the general manager because she acts like a child and is unprofessional rolls her eyes like its inconvenience for her When they can’t even do their job, right.whole staff is a joke here!!!
