I come here to treat myself my drink is $8.97 I've noticed when certain people are working my drink is not full. I don't have time to wait for them to fix it I have to get to work. When making drinks fill it up how hard is that? Especially when it cost more then Starbucks!

95% of the time I visit this location, their inventory is horrible. Today will be my last visit to this location. It's a waste of trip to go just for donuts because the last 4 times I've went, the rack is empty.

Received a drink order with dairy in it even though I specified oat milk as I gave extreme food allergies to dairy. I was given a coffee with dairy products which resulted in me becoming violently ill. I tried to call the store to speak with them but over the course of an hour they did not answer one time. Upon arriving at the location was met with no apologies, nor any help. The barista told me that I didn't look sick so she didn't believe me. I have a violent food allergy to dairy allergens as I was at home in my bathroom for hours. The shift leader then proceeded to offer zero help and told me to leave because I was upset. Of course I was upset, they physically poisoned me, couldn't apologize, couldn't offer their managers information or the franchise information which is what was told I needed from corporate. This location will make you sick and laugh in your face. Worst service, worst food, worst location period.

Very poor selection with top notch unwillingness to service inside U will probably get some service if using drive thru. They seems more part and angry when I walked in cause the just wiped the floor they where acting like closing in mid day opening hours . No thanks for nothing I left and took my biz elsewhere as I would recommend doing

It’s gross that the first thing you see when you pull up, is seeing the same people getting high on cigarettes. when you walk in their tables aren’t wiped trashes are overfilled nothing is ever stocked theyre donuts selection sucks!!!!and don’t get me started with my drink how hard is it to put caramel drizzle when I payed for it!!!!not sure why people still come here.
I received excellent customer service from Alyssa and her team. My order was made correct and fast. Thank You I ordered the $6 MEAL DEAL; comes with sandwich, hashbrown, flavored iced coffee. good deal!

I stopped coming to this location for over a year because the quality had diminished, but i decided to give it one more chance and was very disappointed. The manager Christopher had a bad attitude when taking my order. He sounded like i was ruining his entire day by asking a question and adding items to my order. The food and coffee are just okay.
