I am very impressed with this dunkin donuts store. My husband ran to get me my favorite order, large iced caramel macchiato with an added shot and omlette bites. My first sip told me no Carmel was added. He went back, without the first order, and they made it right without pause or question! I'm sure it helped that he told them he was in trouble with his wife. The manager said to him this will make it better! It did 😁👏👏👏

I have a hard time with the app. Several times I have ordered on the app and when I get there to pick up my order, there's always a shortage of an item and this causes a big mess
Decent. Would love some seating outside vs just inside but nice change from Starbucks or McDonald’s coffee nearby.

My kids have been looking forward to this new location ever since the “Coming Soon” sign went up. We’ve tried to go twice now and still haven’t ordered anything. The first time we went around noon for munchkins and they were completely out. The second time I took several of our little friends around 3:30pm and the selection of donuts was so sparse we ended up going somewhere else. The display case was practically empty! We are pretty disappointed in this new location so far.

Good spot brand new. They open at 4 so it’s nice for my job to find a place open so early makes it easier to bring in donuts.
Seems like everything is kiosk ran not a problem but just different.
Very clean and everything is brand new except for the s in mesa on the wall. You can see it in one picture I took.
Staff seemed very busy between the drive thru and the customers inside but were handling it well.
