Worst tasting coffee ever in my 62 years,, Im pissed Nothing like getting to work and take a sip of crap. Dont have the time to go back and have someone else try it. As my first 2 stops last week went great. This time it was a blonde hair female first time i seen her there.

Not sure if it's becuase the staff can't read a simple order or they just dont care. Chocolate donuts look a lot different than old fashioned donuts. Not sure how my order can be so wrong. Looking at the reviews I'm not surprised with a rating of 2 stars. Tell your staff to do better. It shouldn't be this hard for the staff to fulfill a simple order correctly.

First time and last time going to this horrible place. We went through the drive through and the customer service was awful. The employee proceeded to answer with “oh my god” when I asked her to change my croissant with no egg. She was bothered by my request. These employees need a proper training on customer service.

In town having some work done on our 4x4. Came here for a breakfast Sammy a coffee and to kill some time. Counter staff was very helpful and nice. Had a delicious hazelnut iced coffee, it was delicious as well as the sandwiches. I had a turkey sausage with egg and cheese on an English muffin, the love of my life had a sourdough with bacon and egg, amazing! If I am in the neighborhood again I would come back.?

I ordered two sweet black pepper sandwiches with no egg. I kindly ask for no burnt bacon, I know it’s annoying to these employees to ask for anything specific because they started talking about me and the burnt bacon while I was waiting at the window. Instead of saying they have no sweet black pepper bacon that’s not burnt, they give me regular bacon that’s burnt. Can’t call them because there’s no phone number, and can’t get a refund because they didn’t give me a receipt. I wish the employees would serve food that they would want to be served. If yall don’t want your food burnt to a crisp, why give it to someone else. It’s disrespectful, especially after I was being so sweet to you guys. The lady making the sandwiches today (5/20/2024 @ 10:20am) needs to be retrained or let go. You have the simplest job, slap a couple of ingredients together and throw it in the oven blaster. If you can’t do something as simple as that, with a tiny request of no burnt food, you need to be out of a job. This location JUST opened and already sucks. Blonde lady with blue shirt at the window was sweet though. But yall I asked for sweet black pepper bacon, you ruined my whole breakfast sandwich by putting regular nasty flavored bacon. Didn’t even eat it. Waste of money. Please do better. I just wanted a simple sandwich
