Manager and her staff members can’t keep up with there jobs smh bad service they had me waiting 35 min in drive thru and my food was cold. They need to hire a reliable manager and fast workers they are all slow! Don’t come here in the mornings waste of time and money

Hi, I live by this dunkin and we go here every now and then. We order a frozen coffee with hazelnut and whipped cream and caramel on top. My husband came with the drink and I can't taste anything just cream, not even the coffee taste. Drive thru. #9061 2:01;43pm it says on the label of the cup. MD frz coffee coffee syr hazelnut shots 1cream see cashier whipped cream.

very bad service i came in at 7pm, they don’t close until 8 they supposedly had threw out everything & the blenders where being cleaned so they weren’t able to sell nothing when they still had a whole other hour till closing !?

I sat in drive thru for 20 minutes for a pick up order with only one car in front of me that only got 2 drinks. Got to the window for my pick up and waited an additional 10 minutes. FOR A PICK UP!!! Didn't even apologize for the wait or say anything. HORRIBLE

Worst tasting coffee ever in my 62 years,, Im pissed Nothing like getting to work and take a sip of crap. Dont have the time to go back and have someone else try it. As my first 2 stops last week went great. This time it was a blonde hair female first time i seen her there.
