I was really disappointed with my experience at this Dunkin’ location. While the employee I interacted with was friendly and even complimented my name, the overall service left a lot to be desired.
After giving my name at the window, I received my drink—but then the employee stepped away without confirming the rest of my order. I waited several minutes before they returned to ask if I needed anything else. I let them know I was still waiting on my food. They closed the window to check, and after another delay, handed me a bag and closed the window again. Unfortunately, the order was still incomplete.
They had run out of the donuts and munchkins I originally ordered, which I understood. I swapped the donut for another and received a refund for the munchkins, but the process was frustrating. The replacement donut didn’t taste fresh, the hashbrowns were soggy and oily, the sandwich was cold, and the coffee had barely any oat milk despite the customization.
Overall, it was a poor experience from both a service and quality standpoint. I appreciate the employee’s friendliness, but I don’t feel confident returning to this location.

I ordered a chair latte and they didn’t even fill it up and the day before I got a strawberry daydream and the lady filled it up with whipped cream after being asked to remake the drink. I have dietary restrictions so I can’t have whipped cream.

The employees are super rude. They barely cook the meat and if you ask them to cook it properly, they snatch the food from you with an attitude. It still wasn’t done correctly, so I told her the bacon was still under done. She snatched it from me a second time she said I can put it in for you with an attitude and then literally threw it back in my hand and slammed the door in my face without even saying goodbye or thank you. 0/5 for service skills.

Sadly, instead of apologizing and making my order correct, they argued with me and shunned us, so here we are happy one star! I've already contacted corporate, but if I could do a negative one star that would be ideal. As a general manager in a fast food restaurant this experience is teachable. Just sad that these kids are not being given the opportunity to know what customer service is and that is obvious by the score you guys have.

The bathroom was Disgusting! The lobby needed a Deep Cleaning. You can see in the kitchen, when you come out of the girls bathroom. And yuck! It was pretty darn dirty too. The 2 gentleman working, was not happy to be at work today. Sorry Dunkin. I now remember why I dont visit you... sad really!

This might be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Last week the cashier said they couldn’t give me a receipt because they were out of printer paper and when I insisted, it magically appeared. When I called to speak with a manager, she said they got the paper a few days ago and hadn’t replaced it yet. They consistently miss items, are rude, and give incorrect items. If I was the ownership of this establishment, I would be livid. Stay away!
