âI went to Dunkinâ at 7:00 PM and it was already closed, even though the posted hours say it closes at 8:00 PM. Employees were still inside but did not serve customers. The hours on Google are incorrect. Very disappointing.â

The customer service was ok for awhile but its getting bad again. The people dont even let you ask for a receipt they just close the window on you immediately. I just got a matcha and it was filled 3/4 of the way with foam and I ordered skim milk specifically but I couldnt verify if that was correct because nothing was printed on the side. It's been weird here the past couple times I definitely wouldn't recommend coming to this one.

Ordered large matcha and when I got to work after the foam goes down the large turns into medium. It always happens with matcha. Last time for me
7:30 in the morning at a busy location and we get a note written on our box to preorder strawberry donuts. Itâs 7:30 in the morning, you only have 12 donuts? And not only that 11 out of the 12 were hard. This location is always rude. Of course no one answers the phone

Please train your drive thru personnel not to be rude. The young lady went out of her way to tell me I was not paying attention when I clearly answered her. She must not have heard me but to tell me âsir you are not paying attentionâ is over the top.

I have been coming here for years, and in the last couple of years the service just got so much better, the team is great, they always help you with a smile, and the decorations for a holiday will make you smile, great job!
