7:30 in the morning at a busy location and we get a note written on our box to preorder strawberry donuts. It’s 7:30 in the morning, you only have 12 donuts? And not only that 11 out of the 12 were hard. This location is always rude. Of course no one answers the phone

Please train your drive thru personnel not to be rude. The young lady went out of her way to tell me I was not paying attention when I clearly answered her. She must not have heard me but to tell me “sir you are not paying attention” is over the top.

I have been coming here for years, and in the last couple of years the service just got so much better, the team is great, they always help you with a smile, and the decorations for a holiday will make you smile, great job!

11/24/24 - 245pm - walked in, no one was around when we walked in then a young man suddenly appeared saying nothing, no hello, nothing. We order, he talks so soft can barely hear him.

I order Avocado toast with no everything season, I stressed it while making conversation with the two employees that were there who did not engage at all.

Acacado toast arrived, I bit into it, t was freezing cold, hardly any bacon i paid extra for and not toasted. I checked the menu to ensure it is supposed to be. Sure enough it says toast. I brought it to the young girl's attention she just looked at me. I asked her if she's going to offer to make another one. She responded asking me if I wanted another one. As if I'd say no, and just eat the cost fir something that is inedible.

Young girl comes back with Avocado toast, tosses on the counter, says, "here you go" clearly annoyed and walks away. It had with everything seasoning which again I'm highly allergic to, as was stated just minutes earlier. I walked back to counter and said, "can I just get my money back, I can't have the seasoning". The girl looked at me, didn't acknowledge me. The boy, the same.

I stood there and asked if someone is going to address it. The boy said, in a second. Finally the girl walks over to the register, says nothing. No I'm sorry, no asking if she can make it again. Nothing. I told her she really needs to communicate with customers. They both barely said 3 words since the second we walked in the door. They screwed up and somehow we're being treated poorly. I told she looks maybe 18 and bad customer service. I also mentioned I'll be calling the corporate office, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "go right ahead".

Based on the reviews, this poor behavior and customer service is clearly allowed. Been going to that location for years. I will purposely go out of my way to go to a different location.

Don't waste your time or money here.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese bagel. I walked in at 622 it they were severely understaffed with just two people. They prioritize the drive-through and mobile orders even after my order was already put in the system. I believe they bumped it in forgot about my order. Finally got it after complaining of waiting for 15 minutes, and I was told to be patient as they kept focusing on the drive-through and mobile orders. Once I received my bagel, the bagel was not cooked, and the egg inside was still cold. The cashier made more snarky replies about my impatience and that they were too busy and were prioritizing other orders that supposedly came in before mine, even though people that came in after me got their drinks and food first. Terrible service shitty food and if Dunkin is understaffed, maybe they should hire more people at a better rate! by the time I got my food it was 645. I will never go back that one again.

Like other Dunkin Donuts I've been to, they were out of a lot of donuts. I ordered an old fashioned donuts, and received an unfrosted cake donut. The other donuts I ordered were correct, but they weren't that good. The coffee is ok (better than the donuts, but not great). My advice is drive by and go somewhere else.

I love Dunkin but this was pretty sad for Loaded Hash Browns. Cup should be at least filled half way or three quarters up especially for the price. Come on Dunkin it's hash browns. If I can see the bottom of the cup then there's a problem with the portion size. I won't be coming back to this location.

The manager here doesn’t know how the points work. I’ve been here on multiple different occasions and she doesn’t understand that I’m paying with my points and she still asking for money. My order should be free, but for some reason, there’s a problem here every single time and it’s the same lady. I have to go out of my way to drive to a farther location because I don’t want problems. I come to Dunkin enough to gain points for all the money that I spent. I don’t have a problem at any other location except this one. She continuously blames the fact that it’s a third-party, but she needs to know how to do her job.

I’ve been coming here for a few years and everytime is just worse and worse. I got my bagel this morning before work and it was over toasted. It was so hard I couldn’t eat it it was hurting my jaw trying to chew it. I had no time to turn around and go back as I was on my way to work. Ive noticed the food quality isn’t good anymore.
