This morning I had been to, two other Dunkin’s prior to this location. The first location didn’t have any of the items I ordered. The second was absolutely rude. I drove here and was greeted with kindness. My children and I have been sick for two weeks and are now feeling a litter better so I decided to treat them to dunking on donuts (our favorite) but my voice is still not there all the way. I went through the driveway thru and was greeted by a young woman named Haley (not sure of the spelling) who was patient, kind and helpful. She allowed me to take my time talking so that I wasn’t straining my voice. It was such a relief, and all of our food was amazing!

How does a donut shop run out of glazed donuts on a Friday at 10am? I only eat glazed, so other donuts weren't an option for me. Was stuck in the drive through for no reason. At least place a sign out front so customer will know.Visited this location a month ago and they shorted me one donut. Was to far away to return.Apparently, this location needs some help.

Doughnuts where cold and hard. I paid for a large Hot coco an got it only a little more then half full... but the thing that really got to me is we sat there for 35 min in the drive thru get to the box to order, tell her all the Doughnuts I wanted an the freaking girls didn't put not 1 of the doughnuts I asked for on my box... worst dunkin service and they obviously just do an give you what they want!

Had me waiting at the drive thru window for 10minutes so I ended up knocking on the window jump scaring the employees inside….…so how do y’all just take a customer’s order at the drive thru speaker but then totally forget about them?? Did they just thought I made the order and disappeared??

The customer service here is terrible. Management does not train their workers well and they lose mobile pick up tickets all the time. Don't waste your time here.Drive through takes forever. Waiting in-store takes forever. They need better training.

My food is cold! My coffee is never right! The service is beyond slow and unprofessional. The young lady Casiya instead of being residing just shrugged her shoulder like she could care less that they didn't even out in my order completely then turned her back towards me while I was telling her. They're excuse was "we have new management." I've worked for dunkin before. This one is beyond slow. And I had to ask for my receipt. Everyone walks around like they don't know what they're doing and everyone is miserable to be there. It's sad. It's the closest one to my kids school that's why I go there. Hopefully the "new management" Can get new and happier employees.
