Ordered an XL coffee w cream and sugar. Guy/girl brings me a cold coffee. I say I ordered hot, person says that's why I asked and mumbled something turning away. Then, I have to wait for coffee to brew, at 0540 on a Monday? I get to a stop light and take a sip, it's cold lol! Unprofessional and unprepared. Been coming here for yrs, today is the last time.

Worst dunkin I have ever been to, food always tastes off. Long wait. Drinks typically aren't horrible but I just got a brown sugar shaken espresso that tastes like old espresso shots & milk, thats it.

Nothing changes, dunkin opens up a new shop. In the San fernando valley. We ordered a dozen. Half were stale. This place was only 3 days old. Today my son purchased 2 donuts for me. 1 yummy the other was so stale. Rock hard. Could that donut be used as a hockey puck? Why are the standards so low? Your receiving top dollar for your vile disgusting donuts. In Los Angeles we have Yum Yum, Randy's Donuts. These 2 establishments bake 24 hours a day. They are my personal favorites. It is unfortunate that the people of Arizona settle for such lousy crap donuts. Then they write a rave review. On how wonderful this place is. Is it possible that the native arizonians' have never eaten a good donut let alone a great donut. What a shame!!!!!

I'm sorry but the manager that was there this past Saturday AM was not great. I paid with cash and she had to get change in $1 bills so she just handed me my coin change. She owed me $8 never gave me the $5. Handed me the 3 ones. I let her know she never gave me $5 bill. She mumbled under her breath and was like "yes I did" I'm like you only handed me the change my husband witnessed the entire thing. She then mumbled again under her breath that "it's fine, I'll just eat it if my drawer is short"
Basically implying that I was lying about not receiving the correct amount of change. Ok, manager lady it is not the customers fault you're pissed and not in a good mood. Also accusing the customer of lying and taking something they surely did not is also NOT ok. I hope the owner reads this review and evaluates the staff there. We love Dunkin' but this location will no longer be our GO TO location.

Quite possibly the worst Dunkin' donuts in the entire world. Ordered through door dash and went through not one not two not three but four door dashers. They made the guy who finally delivered it wait over 45 minutes. The entire order took 2 and a half hours to fulfill. And the two kickers? Both hashbrown orders had 4 hash browns in them, And one of the donuts had a bite taken out of it. Avoid this hell hole at all costs.

I really do not like giving bad reviews. Everyone is out there working hard and trying to make a go of things. I usually only give positive reviews to help out those who have been exceptional. But today was a little different because we really just wanted a standard transaction. Not asking for anything above that.
Honestly I wish I could give them 0 stars. We ordered online the day before for pick up today. Not a big order, just a dozen. Today is my daughter’s birthday and wanted to get her favorite donuts for her birthday. My wife went to pick them up and the lady working was so rude. She said, “yeah we don’t have your order. We don’t have your donuts”. No apology and no customer service to make the situation right. So my wife had to pick donuts that my daughter doesn’t like for her birthday. What a joke!!! Awful customer service! Oh yeah, my wife even had to ask for a dozen different donuts that we had already paid for. If she wouldn’t have asked, I think they would have let her walk out paying for donuts and not receiving anything. And the donuts we settled for look old and crusty. I’m sorry I just can not believe that this type of service exists. I get mistakes are made. Nobody is perfect. Inevitably in life and business things like this arise, but to not try to rectify it or even apologize is beyond me. There are so many better donuts places out there. Please go to Bosas Donuts, 19th Donut Hole, or Krispy Kreme for your donuts. Plenty of other coffee places too. So disappointed on my daughter’s birthday.
New edit- I am returning here because I received a response from Dunkin as you can see with their response. The link they sent is a dead end. They have no interest in rectifying the situation. This was just a response for optics on their end like they are trying to make things right. Which is more infuriating. I hate having to write bad reviews. I wish it wasn’t like this.
Sadly, these were the worst donuts @ any location that I have stopped for donuts. The donuts I purchased were at least 2-3 days old, dry, and not worth my time and money.

Horrible service. The manager on 12/29 took our order in the grey polo and short white hair. We have a larger family and placed a large order. Towards the end of the order she started to get edgy and irritable towards us and when I added the last few items she shouted "Jesus!". I asked her not to use his name in vein, as it offends our religion. She then rushed the order to an end. When we got to the pay window the person was nice, but then I could see and hear the manager repeatedly yelling "Jesus, Jesus, Jesus!" Looking right at our vehicle. Very disappointed in her performance. I believe her name was Brenda. I hope she gets held responsible for her actions, I was on the fence of going further than a review of it wasn't for the other employees being nice and respectful.

Incredibly rude!! Would give negative starts. Suposive manger wouldn't be patient while trying to order. Wouldn't even let us continue the order while making demeaning commitments while looking at the menu. Is the supposedly the only manger. 12/11/24 @ 07am.
I ordered by the app but when I arrived (15 min after I ordered) my order wasn’t there and There was nobody at the front so I had to wait for a while because everyone was in the back, then someone came and told me they doesn’t have it yet. The girl started making my order gave me different flavors because “she wasn’t allowed to gave me more than 3 of the same flavor” even when I’ve already paid my order. She was kinda rude, It was a very bad experience.

Most of the time the blender is broken no frozen coffee, then whip cream use to be included but now I'm charged extra.. over all the service was okay.
" Time to make the donuts" does not apply here. Second time trying to order a chocolate frosted donut - and they are out. 20 min wait for a breakfast sandwich?? This place needs new management. Or maybe they'll get it right on their third rebranding?
