What I didn't appreciate from this damn location was the fact that the lady taking my damn order this afternoon at 1 pm on November 7th, was rushing the hell out of me. Not my issue if you hate your job, you chose it, work on your damn customer service. That's all. Will not be returning to this location.

As to how this location gets more than one star is beyond me everyone here seems to have an attitude you can order ahead and it's not ready yet or even made correctly definitely suggest avoiding this location and go to any other one

I called 15 times to place an order for pick up since they won’t let you pick exactly what you want in a dozen UNLESS you order ahead. The mailbox was full as well so I couldn’t leave a message. I called at 4:50pm which is not a busy time, for 15 minutes and no answer.

Attitude needs adjusting. A couple of the girls are nice. One can stand at the order counter while everyone works the drive through. They interrupt taking the order to chat on the headset. Tables are always dirty and the floor looks as if it is only swept and mopped once a week or so. Its a busy drive thru but it's not so difficult they can't take care of the dining room.

They gave me a everything bagel which I did not ask for I just wanted a plain bagel and literally burnt it. I could only eat 2 bites of it after I threw it away because all I tasted was the burntness of it.

Elijah has poor customer service. was too focused on talking to his buddies on the headset so much so that he didn’t even put the orders in right. the food is usually well tasting but given the tomfoolery in the back, we will see. this dunkin is subpar.

Terrible service old lady in drive thru miserable disrespectful didn't even give me my change my food was 6 bucks gave her a ten she gave me 2 pennies back and shower my 3 donuts in a bag all smashed amd stuck together I would recommend going some where else this place amd their employees are trash and should be fired

Yesterday morning around 5am I went through the drive through and tried ordering my coffee, the lady was extremely rude, mumbling through the speaker and had an attitude when I would ask her if she can repeat what she said. When I drove up to the window, I waited 10 mins without a hello or attempt to pay for my order. For one simple coffee, I did end up driving off.
This place really needs to work on their hospitality.

Following up 4 months later, 6:10 am lady at the window taking orders is so extremely rude! To say the least I will not be back at this location, I rather drive the extra few miles to go to a different location. DO BETTER!!!

While ordering register, Hannah was rude and would not want to add to my order in a rude manner. It was not busy and she was rushing me while ordering. Do not recommend coming to this address with such a worker here

When I come in, I often times am waiting for several minutes before anyone notices that I am in the lobby, i would get it if Drive Thru was busy, but every time i go, it is dead and I wait for a while before people notice I'm there. I've tried getting someone's attention and they don't hear me. It's quite frustrating.

After some time the rating goes from 1 to a 3 because improvements are seen since my review. Initially-The people working here don't have respect for customers or delivery drivers. They ignore me and everyone to point of leaving in disgust...
