I LOVE this Dunkin!! They are the best!
I am a mobile pet stylist and have traveled throughout the valley and get coffee almost daily and exclusively at Dunkin's. This location is the best for making my medium iced mocha with cream and sugar. Not every location makes them the way I like but this one nails it every time!!
I've never had a bad experience and I've been going to this location for several years.
I love each one of their employees and have seen many positive customer service interactions. I will continue to go to this location.

THIS is the best Dunkin location. DD's is notorious for not making drinks the same like, ever. But this one is fantastic. my recommendation would be to order by #'s (ie. Small iced coffee with 2 cream 1 mocha).

This Dunkin has yet to disappoint and i'm not sure that they will. Great consistent iced coffee everytime! I recently tried the wraps and they were bomb. Great customer service everytime, zero complaints for this location!

Fast and friendly service clean place smells good. Coffee smells and the donut smells awesome. We also had that six dollar meal deal.Love it. Will be back again. Definitely recommend this place.

guy who works here acts like he hates his job and can’t even do bare minimum customer service. literally just went and he shoved the coffee in my face and didn’t say anything as I tried giving him my card, he ran it and then held it out the window as he was facing the other way talking to his coworker, didn’t say anything else.
I avoid this location specifically because of this guy. sometimes he’ll just stand at the window and stare and not say anything. Don’t even know how he got hired, they must have been desperate
Can't go to this location anymore. They used to be legitimately great - the service, speed, quality etc.
Gone downhill, colossal mistakes with every order. Caramel latte? They put hazelnut and vanilla. Regular latte? They didn't even put espresso, just handed me a cup of milk with some sugar. Wish I was joking. Sure you can say the whole "well just go back in have them remake it". Yeah I could, but I don't want to have to do that EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. So no, I won't, I'm fed up with it. Doesn't matter time of day or week for anyone reading this.
Can't blame them for the companies prices, but it is absolutely outrageous to spend nearly 20$ for 2 cups of sugar milk from staff that don't know how to make their own drinks.

Closes at 1 pm Christmas day and we pulled up to the drive thru at 12:06 and said they were not taking any more orders. Not very apologetic and very sassy and matter-of-fact. Not very nice. We drove quite a ways to get there. Merry Christmas!!!! We drove to another Dunkin on Greenfield Rd and 💯 difference with kind customer service and had our order ready in good time even with a fairly long line. Changed our whole mood for the day…. Thanks Dunkin ON GREENFIELD RD 🤩

We LOVE Dunkies. They were busting to get orders out still giving out good service with smiles. We shared Breakfast sandwich that was good especially using app to get deal for 6bucks with coffee and hash browns. NO sharing coffee - I got the butter cookie cold brew that was Dee-Lish!
