We LOVE Dunkies. They were busting to get orders out still giving out good service with smiles. We shared Breakfast sandwich that was good especially using app to get deal for 6bucks with coffee and hash browns. NO sharing coffee - I got the butter cookie cold brew that was Dee-Lish!

I drink Duncan hot coffee every day. At Chandler Duncan, they are friendly and efficient. They even make fresh coffee for me, and it's a great atmosphere .It's just a nice place to get fresh coffee, especially when I'm in a hurry and have to have my coffee. Duncan is great.

Not bad location to go to, but this is the second time the south entrance has been locked and it 8:33a.m. No sign, nothing. Words of advise, "Might want to put a sign that says 'Use Other Door' if something is wrong with the south door" just a thought.
