I ordered some hashbrowns two hours before it closes and I couldn't get them because they shut down the ovens for the night. They supposedly said. Very disappointing. Customer always comes first.
This location says it's temporarily closed and it is not accurate. Every morning I go in and get coffee. The staff has always been amazing and very upbeat!!
Store smells like sewerage.
False advertisement on windows ‘$3 medium Refreshers’ does not exist.
If there is one thing consistent about this particular store, it's their inconsistency with getting orders correct. I even asked if they added the extra espresso shot and he said yes. When I returned with the drink I heard alot of laughing from employees about the mistake.... well it wasn't funny to me as I had to go 4 miles extra to get it corrected.
Good food good drinks good people
Lukewarm coffee for whatever reason (last 3 visits)
If I could go lower I would
Ran out or just had no donuts.
I come here often and today it felt like a crime to get my coffee remade when it didn't have the flavors nor looked like the picture but have the audacity to argue with me about what is right when I know what a coffee taste and looks like especially if I had numerous of times. I just wanted remade which it was but no apologies just attitude from both of the women working front and drive thru. Sorry I paid what I wanted

They made a small mistake and forgot the cream in two of my eight coffees and when I mentioned it they got really grumpy about it. Not sure why but not the best location for service.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin’ location here and there switching from Starbucks . Every time I go here they make the latte super sweet and fake tasting with no coffee . Way too creamy and insanely sweet . This has happened about the 4 past times I’ve gone here and it’s a waste and disappointment . I won’t be coming back here to waste money on people who don’t care at all about making the drinks or food properly .
Fast, efficient and friendly. Every time.

My wife and I had gone through the drive through around 3pm this afternoon, out of the usual just craving some coffee and donuts on our day off. Unfortunately, it was an unpleasant visit to say the least. To begin, the man at the speaker taking our order was pretty short and rude with us, and we had only ordered 3 items. After pulling up to the window we were greeted, and paid for our order, about 5 minutes after sitting there. Not caring much as we didn't have anywhere to be, like i said it was our day off. However the man who took our payment left the window open, and we could hear and see inside. The man who took our payment had asked the man who took our order at the speaker a question, and he was extremely rude and aggressive with actions and how he responded to him. My wife and I were shocked at the disrespect to a coworker. A few minutes had passed and the aggressive man who took our order, came to the window and aggressively handed out our coffee and a bag of donuts. Not saying a word to us, and me being appalled at the situation, I asked for his name, which he did not reply. I asked again. No reply. Finally, a third time, and he answers with "Adrian". He is short and he has dark brown medium length hair, and a beard. I'm not usually the one to write a review but the utter disrespect that this young man has to the people around him is alarming. He needs some redirection or should NOT be working in the service industry.
