11am and they are out of donuts. Except for a few stragglers This is not the 1st time, but consistent. Largebiced coffee came 3/4 full w hardly any ice, had to ask to fill it properly and add ice. This place is consistently terrible but there is no other dunkin around. I heard they are opening another one at brown and Higley but same owners as this one I hope they step it up!

The coffee I purchased was good. Not hot, just warm but it still had a good taste. I ordered a bagel with cream on the side and an almond croissant. The bagel was rock hard so I couldn't eat it. And the croissant was also hard, the almonds looked over baked. I would say that the coffee is good but avoid the food.

We came on oct 2nd around 11am. They messed up with our order. ( they have this 6 dollar deal comes with egg cheese and bacon sandwich) i asked can you put only egg and cheese but dont put bacon in it. She said then you cant get deal you have to pay more just because we dont put bacon in it :) . I said we got it that way yesterday just do not put bacon please. She said this time I let you get it without bacon but next time you have to get it with bacon if you want deal.fair anough. ( so you better eat that bacon if you want deal ha lol). She couldnt manage get the order right somehow. We order croissant and Her colleague, he handed us bagel sandwiches. Then we asked him if he can correct it and we got this really bad attitude. Gues what he made our order wrong again. Other than that it s a nice clean dunkin . Anyway I dont think we would come back.

Been going to this DD since it opened. The food coffee and service has always been amazing. Now they are donating donuts twice a month for the acts homeless ministry that I volunteer at. Logan, Ezmerelda, and Adriana have been so nice. Geat to support a local business that gives back to the community

Love it here, Michelle is the best. Her staff are always on top of things and move as fast as they can. Some very rude customers come here but never see the staff react to a bunch of nonsense. 10 out of 10 will keep coming back here.

Placed an online order to pick up in five minutes. Arrived and was told I went to the wrong store by a tall man. After showing another employee the order she immediately started packing the boxes of donuts. He still wanted to argue over whether or not it was placed. Customer service of the year.
Wow, just got treated like total garbage from the guy at the counter. I walked away feeling hurt like, do I deserve to get treated almost abusively while I’m buying a cup of coffee somewhere? No, no I do not. Won’t be going back! Have never experienced such angry customer service at a coffee shop when normally the people at Starbucks and other places are very friendly.

Highly suggest you remove your curbside order option off your app and remove your curbside order parking spot if you’re not going to actually offer that to your customers. The store was empty and I watched the employee put my order in the in store pickup spot. I thought maybe that was someone else’s order and she would be making mine but instead she walked into the back and didn’t come back out until I walked in asking if she put my curbside order in the in store pick up spot. The receipt on the box clearly says curbside. Sorry I was that big of an inconvenience.

We had never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts and went for our first visit on the way home from a sunrise hike. The lady assisting us was SO friendly and made great drink and donut recommendations. Everyone left happy!
