Rude drive through lady and on top of being rude they never have any donuts! We asked for the most basic donuts… chocolate sprinklers and glazed donuts and they allegedly don't have any made. We have tried 2 times on different days to purchase those donuts and they never have them. How are you going to be a donut shop and not even have donuts, make it make sense.

I do a lot of traveling a was in town for a couple of days. Was looking forward to a Dunkin coffee. There is Dunkin and then there is this place. I assure you this place does not represent the Dunkin brand. Now I know why they have a 3.7 star with over 1000 reviews. Dunkin should think twice about putting it's name on this place.

Manager was very nice and took care of us.

Only giving 1 star on atmosphere due to the bleak and stale dinning area. Very few tables and they are beat up and old and it has NO vib in the dinning area.

First off I am not one to leave reviews positive or negative but the person working the drive thru on 12/20/25 in the am really grinded my gears. My husband and I went to order a half dozen donuts to which we asked for certain donuts that she said they didn’t sell.. come to find out they do indeed sell these flavors. Im not sure if she was new or just didn’t know what kind of donuts there were but when you are paying almost $14 for 6 donuts you kinda want to get the ones you’re craving. Also she was very snappy and we felt rushed through the whole experience. After only stating 3 of the donut flavors she asked if there was anything else. I’m very curious what donuts they would’ve put in the box if we didn’t say yes.. the coffee we got was delicious so shout out to whoever made it. The girl with the headset though definitely needs to either be replaced with someone else who knows what donuts they offer or at least have a better attitude when dealing with customers.

Excellent donuts here good breakfast foods as well bacon and hash browns ,Yum. And the coffee of course is always excellent I even buy Duncan coffee for the coffee pot at home.

Jessica was the girl that that checked us out and made our food/drinks. Worst customer service and very unpleasant. Monotone when calling out the the orders, could barely hear her. Very clear she hates her job. Shorted my brown shaken espresso and not topped off which is my biggest pet peeve. Go to other locations if you can

The staff is slow and unfriendly. You definitely need to clean house at this location. AlsoI think you need to check your reviews for this location for the last few months as everybody’s comments are the same. This location definitely has a problem

The drive thru staff needs to practice their active listening skills. I’ve visited this location eight times in two weeks. My order was incorrect five of the eight times.
