I went early during the rush and the staff moved smoothly and kept the clients moving.

Quite busy and for sure waited longer than anticipated.
Parking: Had to take two spaces in my 3/4 ton pick up truck. Spots are skinny.

Went through the drive through, it was a really long line. We put in our order. Even clarified and had it repeated that all donut holes should be just regular glazed. We got home and the 20+donut holes were mixed, no one will eat them here. The hash browns were cold and soggy. The 1 vanilla sprinkle donut was in the bag upside down so that made it have no frosting. The only thing not messed up was the coffee. Most upset about the donut holes though. Super disappointed to get all the way home just to find out I just wasted money on food no one in my house will eat. My young child begged for us to take him. Then this. Just another reason bosa is better. Went here for the drive through out of convenience. Never again. My boyfriend went back to have it fixed and they told him they gave us what they had. They didn't have enough to give us all glazed so they mixed them. Since we requested otherwise, why not tell us you don't have enough. And the lady working was pissy because my boyfriend said the donut holes were wrong and needed to be fixed or refunded and she said you got what we had. Luckily he's much calmer than me because it's ridiculous to screw something up for a paying customer then blame them for it. This place is a joke. In the picture those are chocolate and strawberry filled... Not glazed. There were 4 glazed.

Ordered donuts this morning, they didn’t have half the donuts. None of the Halloween treats. They said they had no glazed and then gave us glazed after we asked for it. It’s a donut shop how are you not gonna have donuts?

Food was good. The coffee was basically iced water with a splash of coffee and caramel.

I go to this dunkin just because it's closer to my house but they have the worst service the food is terrible and when you say something they get upset. But what can you expect if the manager, being the manager, always has a very ugly attitude, she disrespected me and slammed the window in my face. I have been going to Dunkin's for years and I have never been treated like this place where from the manager to the employee have that ugly .attitude, I guess employees learn what they see from the manager. I wish someone would teach them what customer service really is.
The rudest young staff ever!!!!!!! The blonde thus morning. So rude and was mad she had to talk to me....Ugly smile . The girl with long blonde hair should not work at counter
I will never eat here. I literally witnessed a girl making my sandwich on the counter vs the wrapping for the sandwich. Gross ! I left and didn’t buy it .

The coffee was burnt, hashbrowns were smashed and soggy, and my fiancé's breakfast sandwich was made wrong. We paid extra for an everything bagel, and they used a sesame bagel instead. Guy at the drive thru was very rude. How hard is it to read words from an online order and make it as instructed?
If you want good donuts and coffee, try Dutch Donut Factory in the Red Mountain neighborhood. You won't be disappointed, plus they have Vietnamese iced coffee, which has more caffeine AND tastes better.
Apparently, donating their doughnuts to a food bank or some other charitable action, isn't cost effective for this company. I drive by the back of this Dunkin and there must have been a metric ton of old doughnuts that could have fed the hungry, but they'd rather feed the local pigeon population instead.
Bought one dozen mixed donuts at about 6:30 p.m. took about 5 minutes to get home. The donuts were dry as could be I'm sure they had sat out all day. If Dunkin is going to sell dried out donuts late in the day they should at least tell you what your getting and also give you a decent discount. I don't recommend them.

Asked for two dozen assorted ..I got 24 donuts... Three different types... Out of all the donuts they have, they could not find a way to put more then three different types. Also won't open the lobby
“I would be opposed to showing up on the current platform – the right wing culture of the site is too polarizing from a brand suitability standpoint today.”
I can see now that my conservative view points are too much for Dunkin. You can keep your donuts and coffee, I'll go elsewhere
Was there for coffee and a doughnut, please teach your associates product knowledge! Asking the customer to not be rude when cashier gives you 4 wrong doughnuts is absurd! Teach your associates how to put a lid on secure as well. I will never go back to this location .
