Been coming to this location for a while and it WAS my favorite location but not lately. I ordered hash browns for my 1 year old thru drive thru and they were hard as a rock. Made a complaint with customer service but nothing was really done. Continued coming to this location and ordered a bagel with cream cheese that was so burnt I had to take it back. They replaced it but with another not so burnt but still pretty burnt bagel! Also the coffee here has started tasting sour? I order the same drink every time and it seems to be tasting more sour than the last. Guess it's back to starbucks for this girl.

Went through their drive thru, and that line was moving fast! Their morning crew works so efficiently and diligently to get the morning crowd their coffee!

Donuts yummy, small coffee ☕️ too darn high! Seriously $3.00+ for a small/regular coffee! Nope! Bounced to Quicktrip instead for a hearty and hot cup of joe.

Ordered off DoorDash on vacation. We don’t have a Dunkin near us at home. Had it for breakfast two days in a row. Not impressed with the matcha iced latte or the sweet bacon croissant. However, the iced latte wasn’t bad and the pancake bacon and egg wrap was alright. Everything bagel was good but the vegetable cream cheese wasn’t amazing.

We come from back east. There’s no comparison between an NYC D&D vs West coast. They don’t even use light and sweet here. There were a ton of employees almost looked crowed as employees were bumping into each other. The quality was subpar. I still enjoyed it but nothing tasted fresh or on point. Had to ask for a cup holder. Was not asked for my name so I watched multiple people touching other’s coffee to see if it was their order… fricking gross. Orders weren’t put out together so pick up got real confusing with the amount of people waiting and grabbing the wrong drinks could have been easily avoided. The store was also dirty and a bit in disarray. With the amount of employees present this seemed easily rectified. The cashier certainly was not a take charge type so maybe a different position would serve them better. It was morning time around 10 am on a Saturday. Busy but certainly manageable. I did not order food because DnDs food is disgusting. That’s not a service issue that’s on corporate.Parking: It’s a strip mall plenty of free parkingKid-friendliness: What kid doesn’t love a donut shop. It’s completely kid friendly. Though don’t expect any special attention directed towards them. The apathy the cashier displayed was palpable.Wheelchair accessibility: The building is compliant

I come to this location only on the weekends because it’s close to my house. But every time I do the drive through line is SUPER long and you wait 15-30 minutes even when you pre order. I have even gone inside after pre ordering and the wait was 30 minutes. And it’s crazy that they leave about an inch of no drink in your cup. No other place would do that. I just feel everything there really needs improvement. It’s chaotic. Greenfield and Baseline has been my favorite location so far.

These used to be the best donuts around, but unfortunately, they no longer are. When I was in school we would ruin to Dunkin all the time and watch them make the donuts then buy some fresh. They were delicious! Not anymore...

I go here once a week, Last month I have been charged something different for every visit (exact same order), but I didn't really notice as I was using a debit card until today. That's my bad. Today, my bill was $7.56, I gave her a $20 and my change should have been $12.44. She asked if I had the .56, I said no, and she handed me $12 and walked away. I thought she was getting the change, but no. My order was ready, and I didn't have time to explain how money works, so I left and WILL NOT be back!! There are plenty of other places to get my coffee!

Eta:11 o'clock in the morning, no glazed, chocolate frosted, vanilla frosted or ANY other variety of donuts. The excuse was "the kids are out of school today"Completely unprofessional, excuse knowing it's a holiday should have been more prepared, especially if you're offering free donuts to veterans and military!
