I always ask for light ice when ordering any drink. This is the first Dutch to hand me a half empty cup of rebel and insist it’s because I ordered light ice 😭 it’s hot in AZ as it is and handing me a half cup just made me more heated 🔥 ZERO STARS.

Love Dutch bros love your coffee everyone is very nice. With that being said I think the whole tipping thing has gotten out of hand. I tip some times but not all the time and that’s my prerogative. . I ordered an iced coffee with cream and sugar. The girl at the drive through was LITERALLY peering over the screen to see how much I was NOT tipping her. Her disappointment showed clearly in her face and a high pitched condescending awesome, was what she exclaimed. Then you drive to the window and there is a tip jar Why should I feel that I am being shook down for a tip on top of my over priced drink? Please train your employees in manners.
Didn't order anything I'm not much of a drinker. But went to help a stranded friend whom needed a jump out front of business. Like wow mind you there are people still lingering I went from tempe b baseline and McClintock to here to just hook up cables ND it started. I know she a steady customer there I just feel like wow people let's help each other out. But it's okay google map just pointed me here so I'm just reviewing along my past tripsdon't mean to anger anyone who works there or what. Just saying shit on how it came to be I was there .
