Wow, I really wish I could take back my tip. We have been to multiple dutch bros across the country and this is the worst. Service is lacking. The girl working the drive thru window was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. We did not even raise a complaint, just exchanged pleasantries. Bad day? Fine. Not only that, the wait was extremely long and seems that they were inefficient on how their orders are managed. It seems that it was randomly made as there were different cars (not one after the other) that got their drinks while waiting in line. Of course, our drinks were not given while we were in line and basically had no ice (all melted) by the time we got it at the window.

Please do something about your mobile pick ups. I waited in line for 20 mins for a mobile order. There is no separate line for mobile orders like at other locations. They need a lot of help at this location. To many scattered brained employees.
