This is the best Dutch there is, the people are amazing. The coffee is great, even my complicated drink. They remember who you are, and they remember the drinks. This is the only Dutch I will go to, nobody else makes the drink the same.
The girl taking orders was so high she couldn’t comprehend the simple order of two easy iced lattes! Wow… So disappointed.

Use to love this location. But whoever is in charge seems to be deliberately understaffing during the busiest time of the evening Come On, Do Better! Is there a sabotage operation in place? Love the workers there but they looks STRESSED! Three saff members during the busiest time? I asked if anyone called out, but no, it's hiw they staff. I might have to find a new place to get my caffeine fix. One that appreciates their employees. Do better Dutch Bros.

Dutch Bros has the best coffee and chai tea, there’s 2 almost 2 blocks away from each other I have always gone to the one on Mckellips and Gilbert the staff is so friendly and nice they greet you as if they have known you for years. For some reason they always have new employees at the other location on Mckellips and the coffee and chai tea is not the same , the tea was luke warm and the golden eagle had no coffee flavor I don’t know if it’s the employees or the recipe .

I stopped here tonight on my way to visit my dad who is on hospice and actively dying. The man who took my order asked me what my plans were and I told him. The whole staff gave their condolences but also just truly made me feel like they cared. It was such a raw human moment and I will forever be grateful to the perfect strangers who made me feel better even if it was for a brief moment.
