Dutch Bros has the best coffee and chai tea, there’s 2 almost 2 blocks away from each other I have always gone to the one on Mckellips and Gilbert the staff is so friendly and nice they greet you as if they have known you for years. For some reason they always have new employees at the other location on Mckellips and the coffee and chai tea is not the same , the tea was luke warm and the golden eagle had no coffee flavor I don’t know if it’s the employees or the recipe .

I stopped here tonight on my way to visit my dad who is on hospice and actively dying. The man who took my order asked me what my plans were and I told him. The whole staff gave their condolences but also just truly made me feel like they cared. It was such a raw human moment and I will forever be grateful to the perfect strangers who made me feel better even if it was for a brief moment.

I am an avid Dutch drinker. I love the coffee I get here and have been drinking it for years. But I doubt I will return to this stand. The coffee tasted burnt and disgusting and the pastry I got was disgusting. When I asked why the pastry was different than the one I normally get. The response was well are you from the aj area cause we have different pastries. I was like no? Apparently they can’t warm anything. She also said well do you go to a different location with food? How am I supposed to know that the locations have different items???I threw both things in the garbage I just now know not to go back to this one. I also wasn’t impressed with the service of the people working either. Very disappointing experience.

Extremely slooooowwww service. Even when you do order ahead and then get there 10 mins later and still gotta wait 10-15 mins for your drink. What's the point of ordering ahead if I just have to wait in line anyways? Make it make sense Dutch Boys.

Absolutely horrible experience I created a Dutch Bros account, with me new number and when I did so it was still connected to the person that Previously had the phone number, I want to this location and they did absolutely nothing just told me to email Corporate. Really all I was looking for was my free drink. I’m a new customer and that’s what you’re supposed to get when you create an account, Good customer service would’ve been to just give me the drink and then tell me to email Corporate, which I would’ve had no problem doing but now I don’t ever wanna go to Dutch Bros again

The wait times have become so much longer then they used to be. I believe they are under new management, not as friendly, not as accommodating, frequently mess up drinks, serve all the cars behind you and sometimes they favor people in line they know, so they’ll spend forever talking to them, even with 15 cars backed up.

Been coming for years seems to have gone down hill abit lately. Been in the drive thru for 30 mins today the 4th and counting... They've changed the ingredients and it just dosent taste the same sadly. Used to be the best location. Sadly I avoid it now
