Absolutely horrible experience I created a Dutch Bros account, with me new number and when I did so it was still connected to the person that Previously had the phone number, I want to this location and they did absolutely nothing just told me to email Corporate. Really all I was looking for was my free drink. I’m a new customer and that’s what you’re supposed to get when you create an account, Good customer service would’ve been to just give me the drink and then tell me to email Corporate, which I would’ve had no problem doing but now I don’t ever wanna go to Dutch Bros again

The wait times have become so much longer then they used to be. I believe they are under new management, not as friendly, not as accommodating, frequently mess up drinks, serve all the cars behind you and sometimes they favor people in line they know, so they’ll spend forever talking to them, even with 15 cars backed up.

It’s decent coffee with a side of extreme friendliness. Not bad, not mind blowing, but solid if you need a quick caffeine fix.

Been coming for years seems to have gone down hill abit lately. Been in the drive thru for 30 mins today the 4th and counting... They've changed the ingredients and it just dosent taste the same sadly. Used to be the best location. Sadly I avoid it now

I have come here almost daily for years and I use to find this location one of the best in the valley. It has recently gone so downhill. I don’t know if there was management change or what, but the drinks are never as good, they get them wrong way more often and whenever they miss something on the drink, now the end up charging you more for their mess up. The other day there were 6 cars in line and I waited 25 minutes in the line and 20 minutes at the window. They had about ten drinks ready for the cars in back of me and kept making more without giving us the drinks. The last straw was them forgetting the sour shot and then asking us to pay more after we already waited 20 minutes at the window. I have never experienced any of this like I have at any other Dutch bros. I miss all the old workers! When you’re paying 8+ for a drink, it should be top tier because you’re charging top tier prices. I’ve started going to the other one on Mckellips and always have much better experiences now!

Wow, I really wish I could take back my tip. We have been to multiple dutch bros across the country and this is the worst. Service is lacking. The girl working the drive thru window was incredibly rude and seemed annoyed the whole time. We did not even raise a complaint, just exchanged pleasantries. Bad day? Fine. Not only that, the wait was extremely long and seems that they were inefficient on how their orders are managed. It seems that it was randomly made as there were different cars (not one after the other) that got their drinks while waiting in line. Of course, our drinks were not given while we were in line and basically had no ice (all melted) by the time we got it at the window.
