Nice chit chat of friendly line staff and window operators...its a drive thru sortof hut operation. Just beverages for us...but not noticed food offerings ever, their specialty coffee's are great, and kids love the smoothies,đŸ€—

Always a favorite place following a long run for a quick walk up and solve my morning caffeine protein fix. Their sugar free hopscotch protein mocha hits the spot every time. Because of how busy this location always is, I almost always choose the walk up option to avoid the long lines in the drive thru. And if you order through the app in route, the experience is even faster.

Only recommendation for this location is to enter the breakfast sandwich market like your Missouri locations have. The sausage sliders pair well with the protein mocha

I know this past week has been crazy with the amount of angry people in line while waiting for coffee. I commend the workers on how well they handle all the negativity. This is one of my family‘s favorite locations to visit since everyone is super nice and always makes an effort to put a smile on our face! We have been coming to this location since it opened.

Love coming to Dutch but the last two visits I’ve been cut off by the car in the other lane and the employee outside not paying attention to who arrived first. This makes a huge difference in wait times. I spoke up this time because I didn’t want to wait longer than I should’ve like last time. I received an apology and was told I’d have my drink before the rude guy who cut me off but that didn’t happen. The rude vehicle was at the window receiving their many drinks and held me up since I got mine too late to leave in the extra lane, mind you it was my birthday reward drink and I was told I’d be able to leave early by the employee. It’s not a huge issue but it deserved a review so you can hopefully address this. Waited an extra 20 minutes in total when I shouldn’t have had to.

Edit: got home and my cup had a large gash on the side, started leaking everywhere. Called corporate and got my reward back into my app since it was completely wasted today. What a not so fun morning.

If I could give 0 stars I absolutely would. At Dutch Bros, it’s expected to be served with the bubbly attitudes. My husband and I went this morning, waiting for our turn, we pulled into the drive thru lanes. Prior to this we waited about 10 minutes (no biggie) - we were before the car that pulled up after us. As we approached the lane, this “broista” gal with the fake red hair came up to us telling us we were cutting off the person that showed up after us. My husband explained that we were there first so we turned in. Attitude was then thrown at us because of the signs - however they were no signs displayed aside from the “alternate lanes.” When explaining, the response we received was “whatever” shook her head and walked away from us. We left. This is ridiculous. Make your signs clearly displayed.

Long lines. Be sure to pre-order and park to pick up or you'll sit approx 15 minutes before order and anouther 10 after. Not the locations fault. Too close to campus and hospital, gets over run easy from open to close.

Great spot for a coffee on the way to work, Eli was the best and had great recs. He was so kind and helpful. Appreciated his help and how fast this spot was despite being so busy!
