I get you want to have good customer service but the workers do not need to have 5+ minute conversations with every person that orders… 23 minutes in the drive through and I’m not even half way in. Do better no one cares for the extra energy workers we just want our drinks

This place is absolutely amazing everyday were in Arizona on vacation this is the go to morning routine. And we've visited many locations and it's spot on everytime. The staff at all the locations just brighten your day and the drinks are incredible. I can't say enough about the drinks and the staff, both are TOP NOTCH.

The service here is top notch. I rarely buy coffee but wanted to treat a business that was helping me solve a problem. I saw so many cars lined up at this coffee house, I thought it must be a good place. They didn't disappoint. They are people who really look like thet enjoy their job, They enjoy helping people. It was almost worth the wait. Lol. I'm not a fan of waiting that long for anything, but to see their smiles when you finally get through was pretty cool.

The parking lot sucks. It's very hard to get out of the parking lot if you are not in the drive-thru, and you still have to wait in the drive-thru line to get out of the parking area. The drinks were good but not worth the trouble it took leaving. My tea drink didn't have very much flavor to it and tasted really watered down. The girl taking our order was nice.

I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years, hardly miss a day, and sometimes, even multiple times a day. Needless to say I spend a lot of money at this Dutch because Dutch Bros coffee and Dutch Bros prices beats Dunkin and Starbucks combined. This is one of the busiest locations that I’ve been to, and sometimes the line can be long so you’re looking at a 15-20 min wait when there is a line. But I was told by an employee that I was holding up the line and that the customers behind me were complaining. This location just lost one of its regular customers because I plan to drive further away to another location where I won’t be talked to like that because it was unnecessary to do that. I can’t do anything about the line? Not sure why that needed to be relayed to me and that the car behind me was complaining because yes, the line was long, but what am I supposed to do about it? I was also in line as a paying customer and I waited longer than them because I was in front of them. The employee at the window was chatting with me and engaging with me. Something else that Dunkin and Starbucks don’t do, and another reason I would prefer to buy my coffee at Dutch because of the employee-customer relationship and experience.

It's ok line is always long here and it's in an awkward spot, I drive 20 min in the opposite direction just to go to a different Dutch instead of this one. They take too long here at this location
