I’m a regular at Dutch bros, I’d say I go most days but I recently moved and this Dutch is the one I go to often. But every time I’ve gone they are slow and it’s like it’s their first day working… I decided to give them several chances but everytime I go the line is long and takes forever to move, many time there isn’t even anyone taking orders out side and where the lines merge is a mess. My husband also usually gets a OG Grand Canyon with soft top and it’s always come with caramel drizzle but this Dutch constantly leaves it off. I even order it with caramel drizzle now and they still don’t add it without having to be reminded. So sad that we aren’t near our old Dutch.. the one on Higley and the 60 is far superior and the staff was always great.

I love coming to this Dutch always has great service. Sadly I went in last night (11/24) around 9:40 and couldn’t say the same. The guy that took my order was amazing and so kind but the blonde lady that made my drink didn’t have that same attitude. She looked annoyed and not to mention gave me my order with more ice than drink. Super sad hopefully they can fix this.

I've never had such poor service at any dutch bros, but this was my first time to this location and I will not be going back. I had an online drive thru mobile order supposed to be ready at 11:07. The drive thru line barely moved checked in at 11:09. The parking lot is ridiculous and one of the employees was trying to leave so another employee asked me to let him go ahead of me which I had no problem doing. He let the other cars on the right go through when I was supposed to follow the car right in front of me. I finally got my drinks at 11:59 when I originally ordered from home an hour earlier. All I got was a sorry it's been a crazy morning. Who knows how long my drinks sat there watering down since I ordered ahead. I won't be back to this location.

Don’t stop here if you’re on your way to a party, wedding, or any special event! you will be late.
Service is extremely slow, even when it’s not busy. What should have been a quick stop turned into a long wait. If you’re in a hurry or have somewhere important to be, skip this place entirely. Disappointing experience.

Visited on 8/3 around 3pm, the drive through was taking a while so we got out and went to the window, I then found out why the line wasn’t moving. There was about 4-5 employees “shot gunning” a can of rebel each while one was working on the window. They then continued to ignore us for a bit while we sat in the heat until a young man apologized and made me my $9 drink. When you are paying so much for a drink you expect better service, to which we did not receive. Do better dutch, please train your staff to put costumers first especially standing outside in 110 degree weather.

The service here has been absolutely terrible.i frequent many Dutch bros all over the valley traveling for work and this is my least favorite location. every single time. I order ahead, when I originally started going to this location I noticed they were never ready when they said they would be so I started ordering earlier and arriving later - the last time and I mean the last time I was there I showed up 12 minutes after they said it’d be ready, they weren’t busy, and guess what - THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED THE ORDER.
I have waited over 8 times on my order ahead here - watching everyone walking around in the way getting paid not making drinks ? I get so confused how that many people in the way is effective for performance at this point since timeliness is an issue
Some of us order ahead for a reason. And standing waiting back while they take long orders and all you gotta do is say your name for a pickup is ridiculous. Please value your customers time

Parking: The parking lot is not easily accessible if drive through is busy. Park on street I guess and walk. Only three other spaces in front of drive thru exit . Not the best
