The service here has been absolutely terrible.i frequent many Dutch bros all over the valley traveling for work and this is my least favorite location. every single time. I order ahead, when I originally started going to this location I noticed they were never ready when they said they would be so I started ordering earlier and arriving later - the last time and I mean the last time I was there I showed up 12 minutes after they said it’d be ready, they weren’t busy, and guess what - THEY HADNT EVEN STARTED THE ORDER.
I have waited over 8 times on my order ahead here - watching everyone walking around in the way getting paid not making drinks ? I get so confused how that many people in the way is effective for performance at this point since timeliness is an issue
Some of us order ahead for a reason. And standing waiting back while they take long orders and all you gotta do is say your name for a pickup is ridiculous. Please value your customers time

Parking: The parking lot is not easily accessible if drive through is busy. Park on street I guess and walk. Only three other spaces in front of drive thru exit . Not the best

Let me preface with the service and beverage were GREAT. However, my drink was 80% ice and that is NOT ok.

I ordered a large nitro cold brew with sugar-free add ons. The total was about $6.25. I am absolutely pissed that I had a tiny amount of beverage compared to what I spent.

This is not the workers fault, they're following recipes and doing great. The franchise owners need to stop being cheap and either drop the overall price or change the recipes workers have to follow.

I’ma regular at this Dutch, and it’s disappointing to see how slow they have gotten. What’s even worse is mobile ordering. They have yet to figure it out like most other places. They don’t care if you place a mobile order 10-15 minutes before you arrive. You wait in line like your order doesn’t exist. More than half the time, it’s not even ready by the time you get to the window.

I stopped in this morning for the Ornaments drop. I was there before 5am to a long line which isn't the problem but the way they were directing traffic was terrible. It took 30 minutes to even get my order taken. The customer Service was terrible, my Golden Eagle with two extra shots was all steamed milk. Don't even think there was coffee in it and I didn't get the Ornament. Didn't even get asked if I wanted one. Very disappointed in this location.

Asking for a tip while I order ... How am I supposed to tip for good service, before the service.... That's called a bribe, and if I don't pay a bribe for food service, does that mean I get bad service?

Cold Brews all day every day! I unfortunately don’t come to Dutch as much as I used to since the took away heavy whipping cream. I try to stay clear of sugar options and this is my favorite drink with a splash of hwc and sf vanilla. Though I still pick up cold brews once in a while I end up having to add the cream at home. Service was good and closed the freeway which was great for me n my way home. Being back the heavy whipping cream !

I went to the window ton place an order but staff members were not paying attention to the window with a crowd and putting their whole focus on drive thru. I placed a mobile order to be assisted quicker but was not affected time wise for service. My mobile order was not delivered to till 20 minutes after. A women in front of me waited 15 minutes for her order to be taken. I was disappointed in the service with this location usually does better than this.

I love my regular baristas they are friendly and amazing at remembering my order. While it can get busy and generate a long line the staff at this location is always moving working to get you thru timely!

Dietary restrictions: A multitude of sugar free options are available for a majority of their drinks!

Kid-friendliness: All sorts of kid friendly drinks that can be made without coffee
