If you plan to go at 11am when they’re supposed to be open, they won’t be. Don’t waste your time here just go to another cake decorating store. Their customer service sucks.
Went in yesterday to grab a couple items and was greeted with EXCEPTIONAL customer service! The lovely lady at the front was tentative and was very thorough with everything! Would 100% come again!
Very poor customer service. Very rude. It’s really not that hard to have a lil customer service skills.She didn’t even bag my supplies. She gave me a bag to bag it myself. If I had the option to give zero stars for customer service I would.
I love this store! They have everything you need and don't even know you need. If you love to bake, are new to baking or just need supplies to make candy, chocolate, cakes, pies, cupcakes or cookies this is the place!
Love the store- hate the hours. Some of us need to get things on a Monday.

Been there many times. All the ladies are so nice and helpful. Great selection of bakery supplies.
The store did not open it until I actually called her and then the girl working rudely came and unlock the door and then walked away. She had absolutely no interest in helping and clearly did not want to be there that day. I was looking for things to decorate a golf themed cake and she pointed me somewhere and said I have one thing. Rude girl… I won’t be going there again.

This has to be my favorite store! It's a baker's paradise. Has everything I need, including items you can't normally find at Michaels and Joann's. In addition to that, the prices are so comparatively low and the quality is high!I absolutely love their cake fillings, pre-made frosting, sprinkle wall, and sugar sheet printing service. Staff is also friendly and welcoming. Definitely a spot I will miss once leaving AZ.
