Me and my husband were running a lot of errands and we decided to get sandwiches at Eegee's for dinner. They were delicious! We were kind of lucky being the only people to pull up at the drive through at that moment. Usually, the line is really long! All that aside, I love their food and beverage menu and I love supporting an Arizona icon.

Thought we would try it, we won't be returning, the frys were under we cooked, the pretzels just tasked like salt, and we're soggy, water in the packaging, the sandwich seems like it had old bread, it was just all around a disappointment.

This food was overwhelming a disappointment. I grew up with Eegee's and loved it. Ever since they expanded, food quality has been poor. My meatball sandwich was burnt, and fries were not seasoned and soggy. Big disappointment overall.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Spent 40 minutes waiting while other customers had been waiting longer and requested money back. Eventually got tired of waiting and went to get a refund and was polite about it but the cashier who said she was also the manager was very impolite, asked if I could just cancel it online then I could not so she said well you have several things of fries so you can see it takes a while to make those fresh and you can see that were busy. She then said she had to go check the computer for my online order but the computer was right in front of her and she went around the corner where you can’t see them and I’m sure she was just trying to waste my time because another employee smirked at her as I was waiting. Not once did they apologize just straight rudeness from everyone which is sad because when they first opened they had a different crew that was very nice and good service. I will never be back to any eeggee anywhere

Why do people that have zero customer service skills work in a customer service position? It's so frustrating to go spend money at an establishment where people are just so unfriendly and rude. Absolutely zero customer service skills from BOTH the employees who "serviced" us. AND THEN how sad it is to see that everything that made Eegees so unique has slowly been changing! They had the best chocolate chip cookies! So unique in flavor and there was none like it anywhere. And now what they offer as a "chocolate chip cookie" is a joke. Not only is it smaller but its dead. Its a lifeless cookie. No flavor. No uniqueness. Nothing.
