I stop in Einsteins several times a month on my way to work. They are welcoming, friendly and quick. The employees seem to all work well together and having fun. It makes for a enjoyable environment and start to my day. Spinach Florentine bagel is amazing.

Unfortunately, I am a little bummed out. I was here about 2 months ago and got a blueberry bagel with the honey almond spread. Delicious, this week I had someone go get me a blueberry bagel again and what I received instead was a cranberry bagel. I thought it was a one time mistake, I sent my husband to pick up an order 3 days later and as I went to get my blueberry bagel it was once again a cranberry bagel.

Two stars for the always inconsistent areas they put your food when you order ahead in the app. I stop here frequently, order ahead in the app, and have to wander the store looking for my order. Sometimes it’s where it’s supposed to be: by the “Order Ahead” sign on the counter, sometimes behind the cashier, sometimes on top of the display case. Staff tells me I can always just ask the cashier, but why should I wait in line behind other paying customers when I ordered ahead? Staff is always friendly, but this situation is a nuisance.

I do not recommend going to this location and just asking for 8 assorted bagels you will basically only get a few assorted ones I was so bummed out to come to work at 4 of them were sesame and 3 were raisin.

Went to a Gilbert location. Messy with the turkey and cucumber sandwich. Very good. Ate outside at the clean tables. Would go again. The location was extremely pleasant and helpful. Made the food quicker than I remember last time as well.
