As a reward for out Teams accomplishing their goals, we provided them with an assortment of 75 Signature Egg Sandwiches. The Einstein Team couldn't have been more accommodating to our needs and schedule. They put together our order and I picked it up an hour before they opened at 5:00 am on Both Tuesday and Wednesday, they couldn't have been nicer. Our Team loved the sandwiches. We will definitely use them again in the future.

Love the food, and have had positive experiences here before. However this time it seemed like there was a lack of attention to detail. A jalapeno bagel -- without a slip sleeve, or instead could have been put in another bag -- was placed on top of all the others of a half dozen. Jalapenols fell off & sat at the bottom, and by the time it was brought home every other bagel in the bag smelled and tasted like jalapenos - which is not desirable when they're blueberry, have cinnamon, or are meant to be plain. And while the mocktails tasted good, for $4.50ish for a small it was extremely frustrating to not have the cup filled, leaving about an inch from the top left empty. Very frustrating.

I love Einstein. This place is just starting out. No matter if you order ahead or show up early, the store always seems understaffed and your order will take a good 10-15 minutes when you arrive.

Matt and Mariana were the only two working a rush, they had so many mobile orders and lobby orders they were nice and quick, def coming back!
