The reviews were right unfortunately. I went to get a salad because the creamy cilantro dressing is my favorite but I haven’t been to el pollo loco in so long. For one I asked for extra avocado and paid for it but didn’t get it, and the avocado was brown anyways. Then the salad almost tasted rotten ? Not sure if it was the dressing, or the cheese or just everything was going bad but only a couple bites and my stomach was not happy. I don’t think their stuff is good and might be rotten or expired. Someone should really check the ingredients or something.

Myself and 5 of my friends stopped in for dinner 7/13/24 @1830 for a dine in dinner. The dining area was extremely warm. I ask if they could check the a/c and I was told "it was on". We finished our meals and on the way out looked at the thermostat on the way out. Thermostat was set at 75 but the inside temp was 85. We were very disappointed in the lack of concern and customer service from the staff. I know we will not be back to this location.

New chicken avacado quesadilla and it was good but a lot smaller than advertised. Pretty expensive for how small it was servis was not the best.
Spent $50 and was ok woth that until we found our tacos used premade shells. Not at all like image.

Came through the drive thru on my way home last week. I understand we all have bad days, but it seemed the girl at the drive-thru had absolutely no interest in taking my order and seemed annoyed to be taking my order. I felt rushed and ordered the first thing I had seen. I had gotten a 2-piece meal with 2 sides. The mac and cheese was perfect.
