Great little local roastery. I met Zach earlier this week and he was the most humble and unpretentious coffee roaster I've met. Very knowledgable individual! He even showed me the process of roasting a batch of coffee and sent me home with a bag of Rwanda Gwiza. The coffee is one of the best I've had! It was experience that I will remember for a long while:)

Absolutely love them! We use their beans at our cafe in Lakehills, TX. They care about what they do and it shows! Could not have asked for a better roaster!
