The place itself is kinda weird its small nowhere to really sit also the staff and their attitude is horrible as soon as we walked in they barely didn't greet us they didn't even say thank you or have a good day treated me and my girlfriend kind of crappy the only good person was the bartender that was running around all over the place because there was no one else the place was completely under staffed the price is ridiculous we had three drinks an ordered some food and it came out to almost 80 bucks that's ridiculous I could have went anywhere any bar and had a much better experience and better time I'm not sure why the reviews are so good on this place but my review is real the only good gaming place is gone and that was the grid and this place doesn't compare to that

Let's explain, so is it worth the price, not really. We went unexpectedly! There were 2 cover charges The computers were full Big tvs all filled ! Arcade games do cost money, so make sure to bring bills with or get some from the atm Be prepared to wait for drinks it's a long wait Don't go upstairs. It sucks The night club was more like a waste of our time, which is totally not worth the cover charge of 20 a person. It was so dead upstairs. Also, you could buy a drink since the bar was not open. Trekking back and forth was annoying if you're trying to enjoy what you hope will be great 😐 I have never been to a nightclub that has a bead making table And valentines store bought cupcakes. What kid of scam is this? I thought wow this sucks." Was it a scam that wasted 4 drinks for 60 dollars ? Something doesn't add up . Won't be going again, don't let the games fool you!

Visited for the first time with family that was visiting from out of town. We all grew up playing video games on consoles & arcades so I figured this would be a great place for us to all go with our kiddos. It all went down hill the second we opened that door…the place looked empty & no one greeted us for quite some time, then out of nowhere a lady appeared like we were disrupting her, never once did she say said hello or even look the slightest interested in it being our first visit. I had to tell her twice we that it was our first time visiting. She quickly explained the number they give you to carry around then asked for a card to start a tab. We figured she was just busy so we quickly gave our card. We then clueless walked around in the dark, didn’t know which consoles were where and also noticed some games required coins…none of this was explained to us. We waited around for 15-20 minutes, no one ever came over to take our orders. So we walked up to the bar to order. We were having fun reading the different games for drinks but it was quickly shot down when the same lady who took our cards was huffing and puffing at us, tapping her fingers on the bar like we were an inconvenience to her, so we quickly ordered appetizers since they weren’t serving the burger, she mumbled an excuse but we didn’t catch it. We were trying to ignore her attitude and have fun but then we noticed how she was talkative & nice to other customers but once she saw us, she switched back to her crabby mood. We hurry & finished our incomplete order (the kid’s never got their drinks) & left. Im not sure if her attitude toward us was because we are women, we had kids(they’re allowed until 10) or because we are brown, but that was such a horrible experience. Not sure why the reviews are so high, I guess it’s hit or miss service. We won’t be going back & it was a waste of our time & money.

This place is trash. The first thing the guy wanted to do was charge me 5 dollars to come and asked me what I wanted. I said to eat and then he said what do I want to do here. I said eat and it went round and round 3 times. I asked for tea 5 times then was. Told no He then said kitchen was closed but had called ahead and was told an hour before. I truly felt that I was speaking another language he was the most unprofessional person I have ever met and was the most ignorant person. People were sitting around like young high kids do . Really the most horrible place I have ever.been. no kids should be able to experience thus place and. all adults should be ashamed to walk in here.

It was my first time there and i wasn’t explained how it works or how to go about ordering food, or drinks. When I tried to order something (after finding out how to do it on my own) the hostess/bartender/waitress tapped her fingers being very impatient, yet with others they would be talkative and social. I am not sure if it’s because of my ethnicity or because of some stereotype but the people who got a better experience were caucasian. My card was double charged, (and never received a refund). overall it was just a bad experience. As a gamer who enjoys playing a few games while having a few drinks i would say this was just a terrible experience. I likely will not be going back considering the fact that people of my ethnic background will be mistreated.

The staff are amazing. In particular, Mariana (I think, or something close to that?) is so sweet! She went out of her way to deliver and the chat was nice. It was so great visiting this place again. They have some great drinks (though a bit pricey), a massive selection of great games, and a nice gamer atmosphere that anyone can feel comfortable in. It's easy to find some games, order some drinks, and lose 5 hours all of a sudden without realizing. 9/10 would visit again if lived here.
