This was such a wonderful experience our server's name is Jocelyne, she was totally on top of her game. It's nice to get really experienced and professional servers that are polite and smile and are attentive. To top it off the food was delicious servings were huge.

They were very accommodating to my family of 10 we made reservations so they would be more prepared I was pleasantly pleased with the hostess Waitress food and overall experience i would say was very good

I called to see if my order is ready on Thanksgiving it wasn't they said they'd have it ready by the time I got there. When I got home the food was not great the ribs to not taste right and I realize that they weren't cooked all the way I actually had to put them back into the oven to get in so they were cooked and tasted the way they shed the pickles and flour mixed in with the meat it should have been in a separate container the pork was on the piece of toast and the toast was soaked and flat. The barbecue pork wasn't cooked all the way either I put them in the oven again with the ribs. Poor customer service I was told to place it online it wasn't even ready when the time came I called and the food wasn't kicked all the way very disappointing

The food is awesome! And very reasonably priced. Service was great, with the wait staff and even the manager checking in on us multiple times. This was a family outing, with some out of town guests. We throughly enjoyed everything.

The place was not crowded at all and we were seated next to a huge table with probably a dozen very loud adults and children. Kids were running around without any controls and the adults were shouting over one another. We asked to be moved and it was not a problem but why they put us right next to the loud bunch I'll never know. Otherwise, everything was great.

Food and service were good. The one thing that I dint like, was quite disappointing and disgusting. Every food menu, drink menu, appetizer and specials menus. Had dried food and sauce all over them. Quite disgusting considering most of the food you will be eating in BBQ restaurant will be by your hands.....
