First off, When we walked in we were greeted by the kindest man ever!! He was so happy to be there and went over all the sandos with us. We let him know we were so excited to try it and he gave us a complimentary sando in addition to what we purchased! Which made our day!!!! He totally didn't have to do that. We drove an hour a while back and there was no sandos so this time we pre-ordered our sandos just to make sure! These sandos are an amazing value; super flavorful, and my new #1 craving! Thank you for the delicious recommendations and making our day! The restaurant is inside a market and they have tables you can sit at along with a picture wall. They also tons of other options on the menu that smelled and looked amazing.

Food was very delicious! We got the pork katsu bento with furikake fries on the side, spicy tuna onigiri and sweet pork onigiri. I would say the pork katsu was my favorite. The fries was also really good. Service was also excellent. The guy from the counter was very accomodating and helped us in choosing our food.

Their pork katsu rice bowl was awesome. Their furikake fries as its side really elevated the taste of their dish. The guy at the counter also delivered an awesome service. This place won’t let you down.

Loved the katsu bowl, the meat was flavorful and the breading crispy, as well as the saucy topping being the perfect amount. Definitely

My friends and I drove 2 hours just to eat here! The food was delicious, and the service was amazing! The employee greeted us and we had a great conversation! We had the fruit and cream sandos and they were delicious! The fruit was so fresh and the sando was sweet and refreshing!

My daughter saw this restaurant on social media and invited me for lunch,so let's go. Small eatery located in the International Market in Mesa with generous seating in a common area. Simple easy to understand menu and courteous counter help willing to explain options if necessary. We ordered two fruit Sandos, one egg salad Sando, one Fatboy Musubi,a Spicy Tuna Onigiri and a Pork Katsu Bento Box. Total lunch cost $60. We paid, were given a number and seated ourselves to begin the waiting process. The fruit Sandos were already prepared and waiting in a cooler in front of the storefront. Everything else was prepared to order. A short while later, and our food is brought to us by an employee who greets us and thanks us for coming in.The Bento box with the pork Katsu and rice also includes Japanese potato salad and miso ginger bok choy. The pork Katsu is fresh, hot ,delicious. I liked the miso ginger bok choy, the dressing and seasoning made it tasty. But I preferred the Japanese potato salad. It was unlike previous potato salads I've had, excellent. Bento box was a clear winner. Fatboy Musubi was a lot of rice and not much else, pass next time. Spicy Tuna Onigiri was again too much rice but with a wonderful spicy tuna surprise on the inside. Would have liked a smaller portion size, more tuna less rice however. Now the Sandos. Fruit Sandos chosen were Strawberry and Mandarin. Both were fresh tasting, not too sweet, and a fair portion size. The egg salad Sando was quite flavorful, the egg salad being a good mix of smooth and chunky ingredients seasoned well. Easy to get to location, friendly staff and good food make this a trip worth making.
