Their breadsticks are hugely disappointing and that's why we don't go to Fazolis anymore. There's hardly any butter or flavor. It's like eating cardboard. The pasta is good but doesn't make up for terrible breadsticks.

I often try places and decide that they weren't with the price. I spent 30$ here, and have no regrets. I had forgotten the bread sticks; they were delicious and filling. It's not quite fast food Italian; it's quality and quick, but worth the price. Also Italian donuts are very small.

SO GLAD Fazolis came back to our local area! This location is just as great as the OG off main (where the restaurant store is located now). The food is fantastic, hot fresh and tasty! Bread sticks blow away olive garden for sure. And the cashier Anthony A. Is professional helpful polite friendly and funny to talk to! Highly recommend this location ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The guy working the counter today was so rude. I asked for extra garlic butter and paid for extra breadsticks. Normally in Indiana where I live they are happy to give this. Here they sprinkled salt and acted as if that was garlic butter. This location should probably fire everyone and start over. Terrible food and service.
The staff were all totally fine and nice, but this food is so nasty. I do believe it was prepared as intended. No hate to the staff. The pasta was the best part and it reminded me of an elevated Chef Boyardee from a can. The pizza is possibly the worst pizza I've ever had. Any frozen pizza I can think of would be Significantly better. I actually threw it away. Anyone that thinks this an acceptable level of food quality has terrible taste in food. I wouldn't pay $5 for this food, let alone the $30 I actually spent.

Fazoli's is a solid choice for fast-food Italian. The employees were incredibly nice and attentive, which really made the visit pleasant. The food was decent, especially for the price. We spent about $15 per person and even had leftovers. It's a convenient and satisfying option if you're craving Italian food on the go.

This place is always busy so be prepared for a tiny wait. But its always been worth it. The service was great. I decided to try something different than my usual go to for spaghetti with meat sauce. I had the baked spaghetti and I wasn't a big fan. I do love the baked ziti amd of course lots of breadsticks..

Always a pleasure, staff is nice, the food is quick and good portions, reasonable prices, sometimes get a coupon with the rewards app, unlimited bread sticks is a hit with the kids.
