I'm so frustrated with this place. I was so excited to eat here about a month ago . I ordered the baked ziti but received the spicy baked ziti . When I went to talk to the cashier about it I just explained I got the wrong one but was still going to eat it , just wanted to let them know. A manager overheard the conversation stopped to say something but then changed mind. Wasn't a big deal but thought as a manager hearing that , they would try to make it right . I attempted to try to eat there again today . When I get there @1026 am , the front door has no hours of operation , I see people inside so I go inside and stand at register . There was a lady behind the counter who says nothing just stares at me . So I asked her if I could order , she walks away and comes back with a guy who tells me they are not open . So I ask when they open and he says 1030, mind you now it's 1029. So I said ok I'll wait one minute, and he just repeated himself saying they are closed. I was beyond frustrated so I just walked out. There are definitely people in that building who do not want to work, and do their daily operations all the way up the ladder to managers .

The reheated Olive Garden leftovers take so long to come out you forget what you ordered. The last time I was there it took 15+ minutes in the drive thru while I watched 5 employees including 2 managers hanging out eating girl scout cookies. No gloves, no hand washing, just eating cookies on the line doing nothing.

The best way to describe this establishment is to say it is fast food in the category of Italian food. Nothing here was homemade or authentic. It felt like a McDonald's that served pizza and spaghetti. I have nothing bad to say other than it wasn't my favorite place to ever eat Italian food. Prices adequate.

I love Fazoli’s and super excited they are coming to AZ! The food was great and service fast!The cashier however, was less than friendly, and acted as if we were inconveniencing her by ordering ?. Everyone one else was friendly though!
Drive-through employee acted like I was inconveniencing her to take my order. Took her over 15 min. To acknowledge me. There were 5 cars behind me too.

Never been here before my girlfriend is the one who told me about this place. She had it during her childhood and I had it garlic bread was a little odd but the spaghetti and meatballs baked was amazing and it’s a very small place. I wish it was a little bit bigger.
