My pollo asada burrito was way too salty and the chicken was hard as if it had been left out for a while. There was essentially no flavor at all. And to top it all off there was a bug inside of my drink as if they didn’t clean the soda machine or something… just really disappointed I wasted $13 on this meal.

We decided to get dinner like we have done many times at this location but tonight the food is absolutely disgusting.. my husband's food is burnt and nasty .. my portion is very small chicken is dry the beans are like wallpaper paste absolutely disgusting. My husband took his back and was asked if he wanted his money back.. he told them he just wanted food he could eat. Looks like all they did was scrape off the food that was the most burnt and handed him back the same plate. We will not be going back and the kids running this place seriously need to be retrained on how to cook and how to handle customers. This disgusting food is not worth the 32.15 we paid for it. The staff that is working on 12/17/2023 around 4:30 pm should not be running the place without being retrained.

I just did the drive-through today, but the lady that took my order was so polite, so courteous and very patient. She even made sure I had enough hot sauce. Normally, other places just plop 2 in and send me on my way but she wanted to make sure I had enough. Thank you so much kind lady. ☺️ FYI, 4 was the perfect amount for me.

Tried ordering through grubhub after a long night with my newborn. After trying to work with the restaurant and driver, that the order was supposedly picked up and dropped off already, I still did not get my order. This is the third time I've tried this location either by drive thru or delivery, and every time the order has been incorrect or not received at all. Unfortunate because filibertos food, when done right or received, is very good especially after a long night. I recommend a different location than this one.
