I, MYSELF, ordered food for pick up, off of Door Dash on my way to work. I went in to pick up for the first time using the service and the lady was extremely rude to me when she was getting the order to me. Ask to see the order which I didnt know how to use and right off the bat was telling me to cancel my order cuz she was refusing service. Maybe she was unaware that customers have a variety of ways to order food for pick up and could educate customers instead of trying to kick us out so quick. She told me I should know....how??! It was my first pick up for me! I dont care to go to this location ever again for someone's lil power trip they're on.

I bought 2 orders of #14 and they put almost no meat on the 2 donkeys, it's more the tortilla that makes it look like the donkeys are big. The truth is I was disappointed when I unwrapped it and realized that it had almost no meat. Roasted meat, it is better to buy a single donkey than to buy this order, which is 2 donkeys and a little rice and beans that come with almost nothing. I hope they improve the quantity of these donkeys, thank you

Didn't know water was an ingredient in the green chile burritos, but apparently that's half of what you get. Asked for beans in it too, assuming they'd add refried beans like everyone else. Nope. I couldn't even tell you how they were made, I can just say they were trash. Would rather dine at Arizona penitentiary, I'd at least expect a bad meal there. Service was very friendly.

Essentially... although filling, (decent sized burritos.) the quality of the food is low grade... It's okay but nothing to write home about Definitely not worth paying 32 bucks for three burritos. Shouldn't be more than around 6 per burrito, even with tax 32+/- is too high. (Especially for so so quality.) The lady, instead of being professional, hearing me out and asking the manager for a slight discount, or any reasonable answer as to why the food was overpriced, just said yeah... that's the total. Honestly, their food has to be amazing for that price and it's really not that good. Bottom line, can't charge that much if they're not serving great food. Not going back. Not worth the price. They need to go back to the drawing board. 😂
