Order 4 tacos I get one, so I provide the receipt, the place goes into hysteria of why 3 tacos were never made, meanwhile literally staring at me like I'm going to make the tacos, I turned around and left, it seems like every single filebertos is individually owned or something.. terrible

I asked for my food to be made a certain way and it was for my diet's sake. They made my food incorrectly and refused to make it again unless I paid for it. Having a high allergy to cheese I was sure to make it clear when I ordered. After I complained My order was made incorrectly, she proceeded to talk about me in Spanish calling me stupid. I was so furious. She said she didn't say anything. After I Approached her and told her that I could hear what she was saying and I understood it. I cannot believe the attitude I got.Pretty unfortunate for somebody to be so beautiful and have such a dirty mouth. Cannot believe I was treated that way. Go ahead and look back at the cameras if you need to see it. She kept pointing at them as if they would tell anything other than her being rude.

Lady was nice but was not paying attention and was laughing with her coworkers through the drive through. Miss orders and no sauce or utensils after offered to us. Wouldn't recommend if you wanna get what you want to eat.

I love real Mexican food with real options and good service and when I order something that's exactly what I want and that's exactly what I'm giving had a problem with another location but this location fixed it for them awesome
Ordered 3 burritos online, none of them were correct. Called a dozen times, no answer. Tried to submit my dissatisfaction through the link they sent and it did nothing. This is the second time this location messed up my order.... shame on me.
