This location is permanently CLOSED

Edit to add: the auto-response, for 1 star, from the company is a joke lol.

Multiple people I know have reported to Google that this place is closed, and yet, it remains an operating business on Google. Fired Pie may need to make the report

Pizza is decent but everything else is horrible. Poor hiring practices likely from poor management

Ordered two pizzas, dine in with 3 grandchildren under 8 years old.

Stood in line at the counter 10 minutes while the pizza maker waited tables, cashier for carry out orders. Finally I placed my order, then waited 30 minutes before receiving the pizza. My order appeared to wait while others after me received their pizza .

Due to the service being extremely poor, I would not recommend this restaurant nor will I return.

Follow up:
Owner Doug responded to review, asking me to contact him privately at [email protected]. I did reach out to him and have not received a response… probably never will. Looks good on the google review for an owner to document a response! No follow up action!

Been coming here for a few years. And well, massive downhill nosedive and the management hadn’t decided to pull out of it yet. Pizza is good. But the staff, wow, imagine the 100% exact opposite of a chick fil a type experience. This place is where chick fil a comes to film there “don’t be like these guys”. And yes, it’s that bad. And for atleast a year, nobody cares. Like nobody. I have yet to see a crew member actually care or want my business. As a small business owner, if these were my employees, I’d fire them all, shut down for a month, rehire and retrain. They’re going to lose it all.
If you are the owner reading this, I’m sorry, you’ve got a LOT of work to do. I’d suggest putting some cameras in here to see how your employees interact with your customers. It’s embarrassing.

I ordered through Uber eats. I arrived about 20 minutes later expecting to get my food. I was told to wait 10 minutes and they will be ready. I went back in 10 minutes later to be told they are making it right now it will be another 10 minutes. I waited went back in to be told they forgot a out my order and will get right on it. I went back in again for a 4th time expecting my food to be finally ready and they hadn't even started it. This time I watched them start my food and make it. I've been waiting for over 45 minutes to get a pizza. One of the worst customer experience i have had. Employees showed no remorse to forgetting to make my food. I wouldve understood if they were busy. But there was maybe 10 people in the whole place.

I rush to make it on time to eat here, the time scheduled said they closed at 9:00pm I arrived at 8:15pm and they were already closed, it was frustrating because I was really looking forward on eating here..

The “Supervisor on duty was named Aubrey” she was very curt and condescending when I requested a Buffalo Chicken Pizza, although I probably should have stated I’m building my own pizza to her for her comprehension. She gave a flipped attitude while I was asking for more buffalo sauce and extra mozzarella cheese. The next young lady was very accommodating when adding my topping on 2 of the same types of pizzas. Once I completed my order, I could hear “Aubrey” talking to 2 younger customers (sounds like they worked here on a different shift) as she continued stating that her day was easy because it was slow. Perhaps she needs to be shown and taught how to be a supervisor and customer service because doing that in front of employees is not cute or good true customer service.

I have been a huge fan of Fired Pie and have recommended them to literally everyone I know. Their pizzas have been a staple and tradition in my home, even when the service and quality has been lacking. I still love the pizzas.

However, when customers are flat out ignored after sending emails (and seeing responses in the reviews below to use the same email address I and others have used for the past several months without 1 reply to any email, contact form, social media message or comment) , it’s disheartening. Why would a business choose to ignore someone, especially a loyal customer who has supported and raved about their business? I’m beyond confused and left without answers to why this is happening. The impact it has on someone (seeing multiple responses to others but never receiving one), especially trying to get loyalty points credited for the last 3 weeks and earlier this year, is beyond disappointing.

This year has been the hardest year so far but seeing my favorite food places/companies go south, takes away the treasured positives I look forward to during the weeks.

Honestly love the food and been coming here for years but new staff doesn’t seem to care about cross contamination and making quality pizzas anymore. Just throw toppings on and throw it in the oven. Would be helpful if workers knew how to use the app to get points. Yes, I pressed no receipt but apparently I was told I need the paper receipt to get points but the workers didn’t know how to get the receipt after the transaction and was hesitating on reaching out and kept asking me if I was sure I wanted them to call management but seemed more interested in hanging with friends in the booths as if I was bothering them.

The pizza was really good. The service staff were friendly.

They forgot the sauce on my pizza... what kind of pizza place forgets the sauce? Nuff said.

But at least they have vegan options and decent prices! Must be saving a lot of money on sauce.

I would have loved to taste the food, but unfortunately, I did not. I waited over 15 mins up front to order, and nobody helped me. There were about 5 employees who seemed that they didn't know what to do. It wasn't busy at all. I got employees looking at me, so they knew I was standing there with out being helped. I witnessed two orders that came back because it wasn't done right. What's funny is that the two customers with the screwed up orders were waiting before me and I walked out before they were helped! ... Nobody greeted me or said anything.. first time there and I won't be going back... After I wrote this, I looked at the past reviews and see it's a major problem at this place.... Owner stats that he is going threw a transition with employees... REALLY? Read the reviews, it's been a issue for almost a year! That tells me everthing!!

We ordered from this place on DoorDash, which we’ve done before. Of the three times that we’ve ordered, the first one was pretty good, the second one they completely screwed up on and only sent one of two pies. The third one we just ordered today. Two pies arrived with two little dabs of tomato sauce on each slice Overcooked, missing toppings, and no cheese, despite the description mentioning mozzarella. Completely disappointing. Would absolutely not order from here from again or would I recommend you do that.

I had ordered through the mobile app for 2 pizzas for a scheduled pick-up time of 5:40pm. I got to the location at 6pm and when I went to the pick-up line to give my name for my order, they didn't have any order ready for me. A gentleman came to the counter who possibly was the manager I wasn't sure, and I showed him my email confirmation of my order that had an order number, correct location, and I told him what time I had placed the order. He was unable to locate my order in the system's kiosk and so, he started to say that there was nothing he could do because there was no order on their end for me. But then he asked what was on the order and I provided the order details. He did make the pizzas for us but when he brought them to us, and I thanked him, but he made a comment that he still didn't have an order in the system, so he made it seem as though I got a free pizza order which is false because I paid through the app, and I showed my email confirmation. I have ordered many times before this at this specific location through the app and have never had any issues.

I did fill out a contact us form on the website as well today with the info.
