Went in last night and Sean I think his name was, was absolutely amazing! That kid needs a raise!!! He knew so much about everything and was very charismatic. Answered all my hot sauce related questions and even came to talk to me about which ones I liked! Food is always yummy at firehouse!

Our new best take out place! Love the food, service, and we recommend Firehouse Subs to all our freinds and family.

Alex and Tamar were very polite and professional, helped handle an issue I had with the app. The subs here are better than anywhere else, and I come here on lunch break (night shift) often.

Best subs I have had anywhere. Top notch. Club on a sub is the best.

Bathroom: disgusting like a gas station bathroom. Customer service: This was my first time coming and I almost walked out. Very poor customer service. Food: $11.00 for a very small sandwich I guess it was okay from what I was able to taste. Would I come back. Not at all!

The employees at the Firehouse on Stapley are very rude. They fix your food but are not friendly at all. Managers, you need to have customer service classes with your employees. I said thank you & not word in response!

Pleasant sandwich shop. Light & airy, lots of soda fountain drinks to choose from. Roughly a dozen different sandwiches available in small, medium or large on white or wheat bread (also gluten free bread). Cash & credit cards accepted. Staff is friendly and service is quick.Sandwich chain. More of an East-coast deli feel to some of their sandwiches than the other big sandwich chains offer. Meat is of a higher caliber than Subway or other places. Food is good but not necessarily memorably so. You won't regret eating here but you may not feel the need to go out of your way to come back. The Steamer and the Hero are both respectable, as is the steak & cheese. Served with a pickle. Combo options that are more extensive than most other sandwich shops (side salads, desserts, mac & cheese bowls, etc.).Definitely worth while if you're in the area and looking for something a little different and reliably tasty.

Vegetarian options: Meat is the star here. You could undoubtedly order a sandwich with no meat on it and they'd be happy to make it for you. But really this is a place for meat lovers.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free bread available. They also offer a 'less bread' option where they scoop out some of the bread in the center of the roll so you're ingesting fewer carbs. Thoughtful!

Parking: Lots o' parking here.

Kid-friendliness: Kid & family-friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

I ordered online non the less prices higher whatever, but this is this has been the worst sandwich I've ever gotten by them. Was there brisket cheddar, all brisket no cheddar, no BBQ just dry sandwich for 23 cause I again n ordered online. How messed up is this. A frequent buyer. Charged me for something you couldn't deliver. So disappointed.I had to toss put 23 sandwich because it was so dry and I don't carry the fixings to make even remotely better. Cmon guys your better then this, lazy cause your closing soon whatever, but man as a many year customer same location this stings....Your charging for the food, and paying the employee as if they were Making it for themselves, with happiness in each bite, nit just meat and dry and boring.I hope firehouse makes up for this. This was truly upsetting to even have come to my door.I will post pics.

Man, this is tough, as I LOVE firehouse subs, but I used to come in for 50% food and service & 50% for the hot sauce collection. This was the niche that set all apart... ive continued visiting since covid and just haven't been nearly as thrilled, I think I'm at the end of my experience with firehouse cause that piece that used to separate it is just gone. I can still see the hot sauce racks at almost every firehouse, and it's just a painful reminder of how awesome it used to be.BTW no one uses chalulah on sandwiches unless they lack better options. Idk.. 7-8 years of faithful customer hood, I'm going to look for the next spot that has that unique vibe. I bring my own hotsauce now and it's just not cutting it. Cheers firehouse! Great service, great food, you just aren't what you used to be without the one thing that for me through the doors
