Waited 25 minutes past the pick up time for my online order.
No order was ever placed in the to go shelf.
When I noticed the two girls working talking and messing around, I asked them about my order.
The response I got was “well you should’ve told us that you were here”
As a regular customer, I have never had to “check in” for my online pick up,
It’s always been ready to go pick up spot.

Always slow, 20 + minutes to make a sandwich
Great customer service and the Italian was super yummy, thank you! Oh yea, they have the best tea too! Thank you to the owner and staff!
Vegetarian options: There are a plethora of food items to choose from that are not meat.
Parking: There are other businesses in the area, but plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: They have free fire fighter hats for kids and a kids menu.

45 minutes for 2 simple sandwiches, guess I don't get to eat before my 10 hour shift. Pathetic, if you can't get sandwiches out in a timely fashion, then stop taking orders.

I really look forward to going to the Firehouse Subs. This visit I ordered the Spicy Cajun Chicken Sandwich. I noticed something a little different this time the sub role was very dark after being toasted. Which made the bread dry. The chicken had also changed was sliced in very thin strips was dry also. It was ok because the people who were working were very kind. Trying to work with what was supplied to them. It isn't their fault. In the future I think I would order something else. Keep up your mission FHS .
