Good food, but somebody didn't spring for the automatic ice maker. Foods is great, but knocking off a star because while the working are toiling away making food they also have to stop and manually dump ice into the drink machine. Couldn't spring for that extra automatic ice maker on top when openening a business in Arizona???

The sandwiches are perfectly made not messy and delicious. There are quite a variety of sandwiches and all have been tasty not to mention go to a good cause helping firefighters. I always leave a donation. They have a bucket for 5.00.

I’ve only been to this firehouse subs twice since moving to the Mesa area. I’ve dealt with different individuals each time who were pleasant enough however I asked that once they cut my sandwich in half because I always order the New York steamer large that they cut the halves in half again because it’s such a large sandwich and hard to hold. Both times both different individual said yes yes they would do that And both times I took my order to go and neither one did what...
