Food is way better than Subway. However, they have employees there that are little rude. I went in one day to order some food and wasn’t for sure what I wanted. The lady asked me what she could get for me and I told her not sure yet her response was well. Why in the hell did you come here? If you don’t know what the hell you want. OK I guess it’s a little rude so I just turned around and left. I believe her name was Kelly she definitely need some training in customer service that’s for sure. I will find another firehouse to purchase food from not going back there as long as she’s there

I've had good experiences at this Firehouse - the employees are friendly and happy to help with requests. Only had my sandwich messed up once and they were quick to fix the issue. Only thing I will say is that you sometimes will have to wait quite a while to get your food but it isn't that big of a deal.
Really like this location on Mckellips. They are always accurate and friendly.
The Brisket and cheddar has the best flavor and so so tender.

I placed an uber eats order and unfortunately someone ended up stealing my food:( I noticed that the person originally assigned to my order ended up cancelling the delivery after they STOLE it!! I was so extremely upset especially since uber eats kept giving me the run around and would not help me… not only was he rude but he wasn’t helpful and gave me no resolution after one of their drivers stole it!!! That’s when Daphne went above and beyond to make it right for me! She called uber but they were no help anyways! She did everything she could to make it smooth and even got my order ready so the next driver can come and just grab it. She honestly saved the day, and was super sweet! Showed so much empathy!! Firehouse made a great decision whenever they hired her as a manager!🩷
