I’ve ordered online in the past and it’s never ready at the pick up time. So yesterday I thought I’d order in person thinking maybe it’d be faster. Nope. Still waited 30 mins for one sandwich. My husband went a month ago and said he also waited 30 mins. Ridiculous.

The young people that work at this location are severely lacking in manners, brains and people skills! Today was the third time I’ve left disgruntled.They act like customers are Interrupting their Conversation, their never ending stints on their phones or their snide remarks about ā€œBoomersā€ …I cannot imagine what it must be like to have to hire from this shallow pool of disrespectful and lazy minded youth! I’m confident it’s a giant struggle to find ANYONE who shows up at all! Sadly, in this case your ā€œemployeesā€ have let you down again! I’d fire them all and find anyone to replace them…love the food quality and flavor! Date: 11/15/24 5:15 pm (aprox)

8/20 came in for lunch and was helped by a very friendly front cashier girl short brown hair. She was very nice and helped me decide on a sub. She recommended the meatball and it was exactly what I was looking for regarding a little spice to it. Had a great experience.

EDIT- HAHAH you fools that review was for my daughter who worked there 2yrs ago. She did get rewarded by management at the time. Now she's in the military. From Subs to the Service

My last two visits with the current young employees have been crappy to say the least. Young people in general have no customer service skill. This shop closed at 9 pm but two employees wouldn’t and didn’t want to take a grill order at 8:35. They probably want to get off right at nine and didn’t want stay after to clean up

Have always enjoyed firehouse subs for the most part. Have had trouble communicating correctly with staff for a few years now. Order a club on a sub almost every time, they seem to like to mix it up with hook and ladder and will not add bacon unless you directly ask if that one has bacon on it. Also, upcharge of 1.50 for sautƩed mushrooms, I had 7 of the tiniest slivers of mushroom on my 12 inch sub. I recommend ordering a sub with no sauce or on the side, if you order with sauce your bread will 9 times out of 10 always be too much and will be soggy by the time it gets to you . Always love the food, but I feel they are not trained properly or something else is off. Starting to lose faith in this store

They installed a kiosks at a sub shop. Nothing like ordering a custom sandwich on a kiosk. It basically ruined my lunch. I had to redo the order on the kiosk. I didn’t even get everything I wanted because of the frustration with using the kiosk a 2nd time around.
