I was just causally ordering a sub for me and my husband and the staff was super nice and even gave me a free drink while I waited for my order. Just great customer service!
Went in 45 mins before they closed and was greeted by a rude employee behind the bar. I mentioned i was a walk in and get sighed, rolled her eyes and told me to order on the kiosk. I walked out the store without ordering.

We walked in and were told corporate wants everyone to use the kiosk so we walked out to go somewhere else to eat. When I go out to eat I like to talk to people not a kiosk. It's to bad they lost my business until the human is back.

If you want a great sandwich, it’s never a bad idea to grab Firehouse. The food is always fresh and well prepared. I also enjoy trying the new menu items they offer regularly. Always a pleasant and friendly experience when we dine here.

The kindness of Alisha B and Christine they were very welcoming and helpful in assisting me while navigating the menu. As a general manager I would love to have these ladies on my staff...great job

Very disappointed...just stopped in for a quick lunch...no staff greeting...no one working the order counter...kiosk for ordering which were difficult...we left! We love the location near our home...won't be back to this location!
