This is the only location we go to, which is dana park.The manager is always super friendly and super helpful.The staff is very kind and the restaurant is always very clean.

Very disappointed...just stopped in for a quick lunch...no staff greeting...no one working the order counter...kiosk for ordering which were difficult...we left! We love the location near our home...won't be back to this location!

Went there in person to place a takeout order and waited 20 minutes without my order being made. I eventually asked for a refund and left.
They apparently had many online orders in the queue ahead of me but people physically at the location waiting should take precedence over online orders as it is ridiculous to make someone sit there for 20 minutes for a takeout order without any kind of time estimate. If I knew I would have had to wait 20 minutes I would have just left and gotten food somewhere else, which is likely why they don’t give you one.

came here at 8 for some food. great customer service by wyatt but the blonde with the janky lip filler was so rude and treated wyatt really bad, yelling at him and being rude to this poor guy. thank you wyatt and sorry you have to deal with a evil witch.

Based the list options of Food, Service, and Atmosphere I am compelled to give this location a single star. The staff were clearly overwhelmed, with a very rude attitude towards guests. To top it off my sandwich was absolutely disappointing.

Well, I support our firefighters , but never again through Firehouse Subs..
Extremely disappointing, and it was already a second chance to begin with.
Website said they close at 9 pm, I walked in at 8:10, to a creature that rolled her eyes at me asking if this was a new order, or a phone order...
I should have walked out immediately, but I gave them a shot.
She told me I need to order from the KIOSK, but that doesn't work with a coupon apparently, so " little upset to have a job with no skills" called for backup, which ended in me giving my request to an actual human.
The food was disgusting at best, I already knew as I paid, and still tipped $5... shame on me for promoting complete lack of customer service, and garbage food.
I don't often post after bad service, or food, I usually just don't patronize these places again...
But Firehouse should go away and take a lesson from places like Jersey Mike's, or Cappriotis.

The way you have to order now is extremely frustrating for customers and employees both. Tried to redeem my rewards points upon checkout through the app and by scanning a QR code. The system wouldn't let me pay with a gift card either. The employees didn't know how to redeem them either. This system of order yourself just shows how lazy this company has become and how much they don't care about customer service. I feel so sorry for the employees trying to make people's food and have to now be IT techs to figure out this system. The previous review was 5 stars before this system was installed.

Sooo it was the first time being at a firehouse Sub and I didn’t have a great experience. First off we have to order ourselves on a iPad. The service itself was trash the employees working aren’t friendly and do not have customer service standard, they work with NO urgency. I waited for a sandwich for more than 15 minutes that’s ridiculous. The first and LAST time I will be at a firehouse Subs
