Firehouse Subs Mckellips Marketplace

Stopped at the N Power Rd branch the other day for lunch with my mother. Paige was amazing - our order was quite specific and she was so nice and friendly and got it exactly right. She even made relevant suggestions and offers that made it even better. Ten out of ten would absolutely come again…and we plan to! We’ve since been to other branches and they weren’t as good: not as friendly, clean, or accommodating.

It was so simple to use the app for ordering and our sandwiches were perfect.

I thought Id try this place, so I looked it up and ordered it online. The food was waiting for me when I got there. The staff was friendly, but busy. No wonder with good subs like these I'm sure they do stay busy! The food was well packaged and very good!

Honestly, my wife and I love firehouse but this location is not anywhere close to others nearby. They have one employee with the orange hair that's on her A-Game otherwise.. everyone else is awful. They don't ask you for your phone number so half the time you're screwed out of your rewards. On my sandwich, I had pieces of other meats on my sub. It's expensive to eat out anymore. The least they can do is care about their job. Thank you to the one chick that took the time to help make our food and our order correct. I won't be coming back to this location after my second night of this!

The person that was running the register today deserves a raise. It was the first time I have been in a long time. The place was very busy and they 3 people working there. It was lunch time, I did not get her name. But she was doing a lot, she was taking orders, refilling the ice and soda machine and cutting ham when she got the chance. There were a couple of customers that seemed rude. But I and anntoer senior citizen appreciated on what she was doing with the other 2 co workers. I did not get her name but she deserves a raise. I tried to do the survey for the store but the website down.

We had an issue with ordering through the app, so the discount wasn't applied. The employees were extremely helpful, and although they couldn't change the charges, they offered cookies, chips, and drinks. I will come back again.
