Have been there twice and both times we had problems. First time they would not take a coupon. Second time told us it would be 25 minutes. Not returning.

Service and experience needs so much work by forgetting parts of our order, correcting it and still they forgot part of our kids meal. Needs work, food is still good but looking into a different location next time unfortunately.

Slow. I've been here several times now and every time it's super slow. For some reason they prioritize the online orders over people in the store. So if you want to go eat a sandwich, prepare to wait.

Love the food and the folks behind the counter. They're always so friendly. One suggestion. Increase time for online orders around lunch time from 15 to 25.

Food is really good but order online and pick up. It took 20+ min for a single sub with nobody ahead. Several online orders were prepared first.

-Food was fantastic, but it took 25minutes for 2 sandwiches. Nobody was in line ahead of me, but it took 25minutes!? They prioritized online orders and made us wait far too long.-They also didn’t have all the ingredients to make my sandwich, so it was missing bell peppers. Really disappointed!-I came for the “first name start with” deal, and this location restricts the sandwich options that they allow for the deal to apply despite no indications on the marketing.

I'm not crazy about being asked for a tip on a take out order.

I should have left a rating of 1 star or none. I ordered online for a given time. I got there on time & my order was not finished. Okay maybe they were busy. But I go home bite into my sandwich & it's like the meat was just thrown on it & it was ice cold. This was a warm sandwich ordered. You should have more workers on a Sunday if they can't keep up & make the sandwiches as ordered. If someone is going to pay $10 a sandwich. The sandwich should be worth the money. I ordered 3 sandwiches. All were cold. Will not eat at this Firehouse again. When they first opened, they were excellent. Now the service & food is poor.

If it was possible I would give them a negative. Their staff is awful. Young, childish, hostile and NOT people I would have ever hired. They were openly hostile to us to the point I almost called the police. What has happened to customer service? The young "shift manager" (or so she implied) is either not mature or smart enough to read what the words in front of her say. SAD SAD SAD. I will NEVER go to this Firehouse and I STRONGLY recommend you don't either. If you choose to, bring your camera so you can film the inappropriate behaviors by the staff and to make sure you are not attacked by them.

OMG ? their hot sun's are the most tasteful delicious, juicy sub sandwiches I have ever tasted. I Had the turkey bacon sub and my bf had the new Yorker I believe both outstanding.. the only problem .... they asked me if I wanted a pickle on all 3 orders and we didn't get no pickles.. and it devastated my roommate. Because we couldn't go back for it..

I can't believe they just randomly increased the amount of points you need for your free subs. And they changed the way you redeem is so it only applies to certain subs. Bunch of garbage.

The food & service was great. Clean place & it was a takeout lunch. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs for lunch or dinner. The prices are very, very reasonable. When places that have reasonable prices, I don't mind leaving tips.

No sense trying to get creative here. The meatball sub is the most consistent menu item, so stick with it. The large will easily satisfy two people, with maybe a bit to take home.
