Since when do you guys not have gluten free? Walk in and told they don’t change gloves or clean stations for gluten allergies… Left after being told that.

Okay, I must say that I love what Firehouse Subs stands for as far as their community contributions and support of our first responders…but if I were this franchise owner I would be nervous about this store. I appreciate the younger generation doing their best and it seems they are an equal opportunity employer by the much older women working there as well so that’s awesome! What concerns me is the much older woman going to clock out and seeming so very distraught and stressed that when I finally received my order 22 mins later for a Togo order, I walked into her cloud of cigarette smoke as she was sitting on the patio table outside In front of the store. Poor thing to need to smoke and be so stressed at that.
I found the integration of the self serve kiosks not conducive to the goal of a more efficient process to order and checkout. There was no option for me to choose “light mayo” so I had to deter someone from their task at hand and ask them to make sure that it was done for the order. In return I received a sub that had pretty dry wheat bread and an oddly rationed amount of toppings…and no other dressing than mayo. It feels stressful in there and I feel with proper structure and management perhaps it could be better. I hope they can get it figured out, until then I will keep my patronage at Subslingers.

Went to this location and ordered 4 sandwiches that had extras.. waited 30mins just for the sandwiches to be nothing like what we ordered and when I called them to fix this they hung up.

Brisquit, which used to be our favorite, is now horrible.while quality of meat ok, the sandwich is now devoid of all flavor and nothing but grease. The bread was saturated, sticks to your fingers. The overwhelming flavor was old grease. My girlfriend and I have both had to take stomach pills to keep the food down...and neither of us could finish the quarter of a. Sandwich we had. This was a half hour ago and I still feel ill. It's a shame. Used to be great. Now I WILL NOT return.

Workers always seem too busy to help you. Then when they do it feels like they dont want to be there. Food was lacking and didnt look like the pictures plus it came with a added bonus of a hair. Dining area lacked attention. Seems each time we come here it gets worse.

Walking in the ground covered with candy wrappers in front of door. Inside the tables were all dirty, the soda area needed restocking and to was dirty. Lids were soiled. The thanksgiving sub was soggy and difficult to eat. Needed a fork. The medium sub was very small hardly anything on it. Price was $42.36 for two combos did not qualify the quality of the food Does not offer any senior discount. When ordering Staff did not look up and direct conversation to me so I had to ask please repeat several times. Staff took a very long time to have order ready. It's a big fail not recommended.

I wanna start by saying I have never had any issue with my food order or the younger generation at this location. Have been coming here a lot lately for lunch. What does bother me is the way the manager treats her employees.I assume she's the manager. When she is not present there is no fighting or arguing or snappy comments everyone gets along it's great they just go with the flow. When she is there people get yelled at for last crews not doing, and just keep getting snapped at. If I was a employee I would just walk out. Yesterday was the 3rd time I got to see this from the manager. As manager eats her lunch spitting orders not in a nice way. Saying she doesn't care who does it then stands outside by door to smoke and just hearing the comments the staff has to say about it all. I'm surprised they don't all just walk out. When she is not present I'd give the place 5 stars but it really just ruins the atmosphere to hear all this when your just taking a lunch break. Feel bad for these employees and think corp should really start looking into this.

It was very quiet for a Sunday. It looks like they have a lot of take-out orders there were many people who came in and picked up orders. I had a great sub, it was great BBQ brisket! 👍
