Subs were good.
Ordering process was terrible especially for older folks. After my wife spent 15 minutes trying to order 2 subs using those confusing kiosks, she stayed and help 2 older ladies with their order.
Recommend trashing the kiosks and hiring more servers.
We will not be back. Subway has much better serving process and the food quality is the same.

First time to eat at Firehouse. Waiting in 2 lines of people trying to figure out the kiosks to order since no one was there to help us. Every one was complaining about no one to take our orders. No customer service, and they have the audacity to want at least an 18 percent tip. No way to get a senior or veterans discount, no one to give us cups for our drinks. There was very little meat or condiments on sandwich. At least subway you can get xtra at no charge. The cookie was doughy in the middle, will never ever go back to another Firehouse!

It took them over 30 minutes to make my sandwich. They were to busy talking about prom. It was not busy. They would rather talk about what happening with high school then do there job.

We came here due to over the top attention to allergens mentioned on another site. That was not our experience. Our party of 7 was turned away by an employee that said she could not accommodate us when they were busy. Our party was half of the crowd.

Excellent sub sandwich! We had chicken club limited. It has been a few years since I walked in to order, and the ordering kiosk is not user-friendly, and again, I say this about every business that uses kiosks in replacement of a human and that of an opportunity for employment. Otherwise, I like the Nastagic atmosphere in Firehouse Subs!

Horrible work. Ethics basically told me to go because they were too busy scaring me with the time frame if I was to make an order. So unethical management needs to fix this. Don't waste your time here unless you got all the time in the world

Parking: Never have to worry about where you’re gonna park. Plenty of spots

Kid-friendliness: Loved when they gave out fireman hats to my grandchildren.
